Not for me

The trebles don't have a lot clarity in my opinion, though they do have volume. Like the notes dont have crispness to them.

The basses are great. LOUD. Good tone. Although after playing the d'addario folk ball ends i will admit that i felt disappointed in these because those basses were so good. These are great too, just different.

But judging based on the set, only 2 stars because the trebles arent great. The same was true with the d'addarios too. Its possible that nylon strings are simply difficult to perfect when it comes to ball end strings.

These basses are good, but im gonna try another set of strings.

Tarnish Easily

I fully admit I got these nylon strings over a year ago and waited to put them on until needed. The package sat, unopened, untouched by human hands in my studio until then. I was surprised to see so much tarnish on the wrapped strings when I finally opened them! It was so bad I seriously considered throwing them away, but put them on anyway. They sound fine, but look pretty ratty. Advice: don't order these too early!
