Triple Tree Headlift Front Stand Assembly

Never worry about the strength of your lift! The Extreme Max Triple Tree Headlift is constructed of heavy-duty steel and powder coated black for rust and corrosion-resistance.

Paired with Extreme Max's Front Wheel Lift Stand, the Triple Tree Headlift Attachment provides an extremely smooth, incredibly secure lift for your bike. All hardware required to attach the headlift to the Front Wheel Lift Stand is included, as well as five standard lifting pin sizes (13 mm, 15 mm, 16.5 mm, 17 mm, and 19 mm).

Easy Use, Incredible Access

Triple Tree Headlifts take advantage of the yoke created on most sport bikes where the front forks are joined to the bike's steering stem, creating a balanced lifting point! Using the appropriate lifting pin, insert the Triple Tree Headlift into the bike's lifting hole and slowly hinge the lift stand downward for a secure lift every time! Properly lifted, the Triple Tree Headlift provides access to the bike's forks and allows wheel removal. Perfect for tire changes, fork and brake maintenance, bike cleaning, and more!

Fork Cradle Front Stand Assembly

The Fork Cradle Assembly nestles underneath your front wheel forks and lifts your bike's front tire off the ground for quick maintenance, repair or storage. Both cradles are cushioned with rubber padding that will not scratch your forks. The stand features a substantial width adjustment, creating a custom fit for nearly any sport bike, expanding from 9.5" to 12.5". Once you know the width measurement of your forks, lock the stand into the matching width. From there, wheel the stand into position and simply pivot the handle downward for a nice, smooth lift.

Dual-Side Swing Arm Spool Rear Lift Stand

The Rear Lift Stand pairs to the bike's dual sided swing arm lift spools (sold separately) to provide a steady lift for the rear of the bike. Rubber tips on the cradles protect the finish around the spools. With a width adjustment from 10.75" to 14.5", there is a fit for nearly any sport bike. As with the front stand, the stand's frame becomes its base when lifting, creating a wide, stable surface area to to support the bike.

Product Description

Lifting your sport bike for maintenance or storage is easier than ever with the Sport Bike Motorcycle Front and Rear Lift Stand with Triple Tree Attachment from Extreme Max Products. Consisting of two individual stands that work separately or as a unit, the front lift stand assembles as either a cradle lift that nestles underneath your front wheel forks, or as a triple tree stand that slides into your bike's triple tree, while the rear lift stand cradles your dual-side swing arm spools (not included), getting your bike off the ground and into the perfect position for maintenance, repair or storage. As possibly its best feature, the lift stands are incredibly easy to use. Position the stands to the proper locations on the bike, then simply lower the handle down for a nice, smooth lift. The handle then becomes the stand's base, wide enough to maintain stability and strong enough to never sag. The Triple Tree Headlift comes equipped with five triple tree pin sizes to fit most sport bikes available today: 13 mm, 15 mm, 16.5 mm, 17 mm, and 19 mm. The front fork-cradle assembly fits from 9.5" to 12.5" in width, while the rear spool attachment fits swing arms from 10.75" to 13.5" in width. Swing arm spools are required for use with the rear lift stand and are not included. Before use, ensure that the motorcycle has adequate room to access the triple tree. Motorcycles with oversized or bulky front fairings, headlight modules, and fenders may not allow the triple tree stand access to the proper lifting areas. Extreme Max recommends that all bikes be secured to the stands with straps while lifted as an additional safety measure. Additional triple tree pin kits are available containing pin sizes 20 mm, 21 mm, 23 mm, 24 mm, and 27 mm: see Extreme Max 5600.3222.

    Works as it should. tl;dr
Works well easy to put together. It holds it up about 3 to 4 inches off the ground. I have it so the rear is held up by the aftermarket pegs that I put on the back and the front holds up with the Paddock hole on the forks. There is these little hard plastic feet type things so when you lower it onto the ground the metal is not against the ground but within the first three to four times of picking the bike up off the ground and lowering those the plastic pieces broke right off as they would make contact with the ground with the littlest bit of force. So basically they do nothing I can see why they are there but they just break off. All three broke and then the fourth one I just took off because it's going to break eventually anyway. You don't need them though they don't do anything. The stand works perfectly fine without them. The stand is pretty sturdy holds the bike up well it rocks back and forth if you make it but from what I can tell with a couple pushes and tugs it's not going to fall over easily. You would need a decent amount of umff to knock the bike over. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space while the bike is up either maybe about a half a foot to the front and back. The bike that I have on is KTM RC 390 which weighs about 335 lb. It's easily able to be put up for me just by myself that would also depend on what bike you have mines not massive so it's basically little effort to put up and down. If you're doing it by yourself it might take a couple seconds holding the bike with your hip and arm while using your other arm to finagle the rear to line up with the pegs. Overall it's a good purchase good stand I would recommend it to others.

This review is for the front and rear as a set. Easy to assemble and affordable. I don’t typically write reviews unless I’m swayed heavily one way or another. In this case I’m swayed away from the product. The rear stand: quick and easy assembly. The front however, should have been quick and easy. The triple tree frame is my issue. The diagonal supports are poorly welded and are asymmetric. I understand the material on its own will be enough to be load bearing but the Quality Control on this is lacking. Assuming I could get past this and trust the poor welds I had another issue. The hinge pin holes didn’t align. So on one side I could pin it and then cotter pin. The other side however…. The holes were punched or drilled over half the diameter off of one another the holes will have to be either wallowed out each way to work or I’ve got to cut the ear off get new material, punch a hole centered and weld it back on. At this point I’m only a few steps from fabricating up my own….

I found these on sale and had to snag them up.

They feel solid and support my Z400 which weighs about 370lbs with no issues at all. There is minimal wobble when I push the bike side to side so I know it won't fall and tip over.

My bike uses a 21mm pin and this stand comes with a 19mm as the largest size. There's absolutely no issues as that 2mm difference is not enough to even have any noticeable play.
