About this item

  • Revamped drivetrain and ultra-Precise Laser Navigation, as used in autonomous cars, makes it harder to trap robot vacuum, even in complex environments.
  • Comprehensive app control, including map saving, no-go zones, and power setting, give you total control of robot vacuum no matter where you are.
  • Intense 2000pa Suction, enough to lift AA batteries, easily picks dust off floors and can even drag trapped dirt from deep inside carpets.
  • Supersized battery, good for over 180 minutes of non-stop cleaning, is more than enough to clean most homes in one session.
  • It precisely maps an entire level of your home and can recognize up to 4-levels. Put it on the floor you need, press the Clean button, and it will figure out where it is and automatically apply any No-Go Zones and Invisible Wall you have in place.

anti-falling

Multiple Cleanup Modes

Choose the right cleanup mode for any given need, with 5-levels of cleaning power, generating increasing amounts of suction and noise. Available modes are Quiet, Balanced, Turbo, and MAX.

Surprisingly Quiet

Powerful suction does not have to mean loud. The robotic vacuum treads a delicate balance giving you maximum power for less noise so that you can clean with less disruption to your home life.

Total App Control

Control the robot completely from anywhere with an internet connection. Start or stop a cleanup, set schedules, change suction levels, and more.

*Note: Only works with 2.4G Wi-Fi.

Built-In Fall Protection

Clean right to the edge of stairs and ledges without worry. Four onboard cliff sensors, two in front and two in the back, scan the ground and stop the robot from going over edges.

Automatic Top-up Charging

When cleaning larger spaces, the robotic vacuum will clean until its battery is low, then it will return to its dock and recharge to 80% capacity before continuing with the cleanup.

Remote Control

Take control over exactly where the robot goes, and drive it to where you need it using either the “Pin & Go” function or by driving your robot using virtual joysticks on your phone.

Accessory Maintenance Scheduling

Various robot vacuum accessories will need cleaning and replacing at different times. Use the app to check when each item needs to be checked and even receive recommended replacement notifications.

Floating Main Brush

The floating main brush adjusts its height for the perfect clean, dropping close to the ground when cleaning hard floors and rising on the carpet for proper carpet agitation.

For Optimal Use:

Use on low- to medium-pile carpets, tile, wooded and hardwood floors. Not suitable for high-pile carpets.

Roborock Exceeds Expectations!

Roborock Exceeds Expectations!
We honestly had low expectations going into the smart vacuum realm. We felt buying something with alleged power and decent reviews at a good price was the way to go. Thus, we landed with the Roborock. We aren’t disappointed in the Roborock Q7. As a matter of fact, this device far exceeds our expectations. The build quality is solid, and it has a nice look as well. The performance really shines. The initial mapping was cool since we never saw this type of thing before. The Roborock went everywhere, including underneath beds. The mapping took over 90 minutes. The map is concise and really paints a detailed layout. The individual rooms are clearly delineated with different colors. The app is thin without fluff. It gives me what I need without me getting too far into the weeds. I was quickly setting zones and separate vacuum and mopping sessions. The app is WYSIWYG. You get pretty much all you need to see.Brass tacks: The vacuuming is better than expected. We have all tile with some throw rugs. This picks up very well on both surfaces. Please note: you have to use a conventional vacuum to get behind doors and hard to reach places the Roborock couldn’t access. This was to be expected.Next, the mop function did far better than expected. Our expectations were very low, but the device ran well and we had minimal areas to spot clean the tougher stains.Like any other robot vacuum this unit did hang up a couple of times and I had to rescue it. The vac started back to the job without issue. The app notifies you when it’s hung. I had to remediate a couple of areas. We have a large 3 door sliding glass door and one of the tracks for the doors is wide and deep. The vacuum is so thorough it tried to clean that area and got hung up. A piece of PVC in the track cured the problem.Overall I can’t recommend this product enough.

I have a 2k sqft home with carpet in the bedrooms. This robot can do it all in one charge and a full water tank. The obstacle avoidance isn’t great when it comes to clothes on the floor or shoes and such. So as long as you keep those loose items off the ground you will have zero problems. The app is very well designed and so easy to use. The lidar mapping is very accurate and fast too. This was a much needed investment that keeps the house clean. It automatically does all the work for you when it comes to emptying itself and detecting carpet which therefore boosts power and suction. (The carpet detection is very accurate) overall very good for the price and I purchased it used for $429 as of end of march 2024

Let me start by of by saying I researched robot vacuums for days. I started by looking at the big boys like Roomba, Neato, etc. What led me to the Roborock was the massive amount of reviews and good ratings.

I bought this one on those reviews and the hundreds of dollars cheaper price, and after a year I can confidently say this was a good decision.

I like that the Roborock does a non-random cleaning pattern - it doesn't just bounce around hoping it hits everything, this does a grid clean. I also like that it remaps the area each clean so you don't have to worry about having moved something since the last clean, it will remap each time. If you want it to clean another floor of your house, just set it in the middle of the floor and go - once it finishes it'll return to where you set it (or the dock if it's on the same floor).

PROS:
Mapping - this thing is silly accurate. It'll create a blueprint like map of your entire cleaning area. The laser is super accurate and mapping amazing. It will clean every place with grid like accuracy. You can see the areas it's covered on the map and create a section for it to clean again. So accurate it maps the patio through the glass door.

Cleaning - it has good suction and cleans well, arguable as well as a traditional vacuum. Sometimes requires a second pass if haven't done it in while. It is low profile enough to get under our couches and chairs. If it's really dirty, you can run it again and it'll handle it nicely. Dustbin is easy to remove and empty, the filter also pops out and is easy to clean.

Battery - lasts more than enough to clean entire floor of house and likely two floors. If it runs out, it'll return to charge enough, then go back to finish the job.

Control - after it maps your house it'll save the map until restating a regular cleaning again - allowing you to spot clean with 1, 2, or 3 times going over the same area. If you restart it, it will clear the map and have to remap. Using app on Samsung smartphone is easy, app is good and works to track cleaning and eventually provide things like a usage timer to remind to replace certain parts (sweeper, filter, clean sensor, etc). They are constantly improving the app and updating software, arguably its gotten even better overtime.

Mopping - it has a mop attachment which is good enough to keep clean, but is a nice to have feature...it won't mop as good as a regular mop. Perfect for keeping it clean between actually mopping.

Replacement parts - replacement parts like brushes, filters, and pads are cheap and easily available on Amazon. It's been ran for about a year with hundreds of hours cleaning on the clock and haven't had any issues with breaking.

CONS:
Capacity - arguably the only thing I don't love about this is the capacity. The dustbin is not huge and you do have to empty it frequently and often, especially if you haven't cleaned in a few days. If you run it daily I think it could clean the whole house without having to stop and empty it. It won't tell you it is full, it'll continue to run and not pick up stuff since the bin is full. We have two dogs who shed a decent amount and have to stop it to empty it after every 10 minutes if it hasn't run in a few days. As long as you stop it and empty it regularly during a heavy cleaning, it's great.

No auto-full sensing - the thing can't tell when it's full and will continue to run with a full bin. If it's been a while, stop it to check/empty it or it'll just finish and not actually be picking up stuff. Arguably, there's not much to not like - you just have to be mindful if it's getting full.

SUMMARY:
I did a lot of research on this one and pulled the trigger. Seeing so much many good reviews swayed me and happy to add my review too. Had it for about a year now and have absolutely no regrets. Like anything you buy, it'll come with its quirks and strengths and weaknesses. In this case, the strengths far outweigh the weaknesses (small dust bin and no full-bin sensing). It's been good quality, works well, and does all that a big-boy brand vacuum would do for less cost. Imagine buying a Roomba without the premium for the name - that's the case here. I'm glad I trusted the reviews and happy to add one here. Keep an eye out for discount coupons and pick one up! It's a great robot vacuum!

I have included a map I have programmed for my Roborock Q7Max. Initially I was confused with the option of two different software programs from google app store. After reading the app store reviews on one, I decided to stick with the Roborock app version 4.0.58 identified by the red box with Z in the inner circle. This app is specifically designed exclusively for operating the robovacs. The other is more of a multi-product whole house management system for the companies various product lines. If your just using the vac, stay with the vac program and avoid the other.
Suggestions: During initial mapping ( I used quick map) it's best to insure cables and power cords are out of reach. You may wish to include animal water & food bowls. I removed light clutter from the floors as well. No need to remove chairs, even if routinely moved. After the mapping I created no go zones for animal food area & PS5 & Xbox 1x consoles (on the floor) to avoid future bumping. I established no mop zones for carpeted areas. The first run it picked up a lots of dust, debris and animal hair. I ran the empty feature & it was "extremely" loud although the vacuum itself is relatively quiet as it operates. I love the Do Not Disturb feature that syncs with your phones default, which prevents the noisy vac emptying noise while sleeping if you program vac to run early. The software was not intuitive to me and took navigating around and hitting options to find what I was looking for but trust me, it's all there.

After fully charging the vac, you should build a map as step 1 with all doors open to rooms that will be cleaned. Some small/light rugs can cause a problem with being pushed etc. Ie toilet rug or light thin kitchen decorative mat. You may wish to keep a close eye on those areas during mapping JIC. The map was fun watching the real time traveling vacuum. I have not used the remote joystick control but imagine some might have fun trying to adapt it to carry "canned drinks" on top as a cool party trick. I was able to split large conjoined rooms into 2 and rename all rooms making it easier to program cleaning areas and schedule rooms on different schedules. I programmed to sweep and mop the room where the cat box is daily at 6:30 am so loose litter was picked up before human traffic. With wooden floors, it's essential to keep rough debris off to avoid scratching laminate. The mop worked great! Wet cat box paw tracks are a thing of the past. I have programmed it to sweep/mop the rest of the house 3 days/week. I have only been using one day. I asked tech support some questions I could not find in FAQ after reading some reviews to ease my mind before a first run. I amstill not certain if vac will auto empty when it senses full after DND hours ir if it would wait, then empty, then continue where it left off but forgot to ask. Tech support responded within a day. It was a significant investment and replaced my old Rumba that died. It did my entire downstairs using less than 20 % battery first time w/o mop, so have no concerns about battery degradation quickly rendering it unable to do the job. I will update after next full sweep & mop for battery usuage. It is very important that before you attach mop pad and add cleaning fluid, that you map and create zones to avoid problems or potential property damage. I'm holding off on 5 stars until I have more time to evaluate. Some of the website FAQs are confusing as they use the word pure associated with mopping. I still don't know if that is associated with specific models or poor english. I have ordered the Amazon recommended accessory kit with extra bags and filters and parts. I calculated, depending on which vendor/product that the bags are about $2 each. Do not try to shortcut or pinch pennies on bags and suck dirt into your motor. You paid several hundred dollars for the vac, a few bucks won't kill you. If you want a bagless version, not sure they have one but your welcome to look or suggest. I think bags do a good job on keeping dust to a minimum.
So far so good!

Mapping is amazing (much better than my first model of a different brand. ) Device maps your entire home and you can develop "no go zones" on your phone without putting physical barriers down on the floor. You can also clean by zones or just the entire house.
Software is user friendly and intuitive. Did not spend a lot of time reviewing detailed instructions- just hooked it up and connected, then cleaned while watching progress on my phone.
Have not used the mopping feature yet, but the vacuum is excellent. Cleans well and smartly.
Only caveat: it is loud (like a wet vac machine) when it dumps the run back into the base, but this lasts a few seconds. Operating sound while cleaning is manageable for what it's doing.
Great buy 2 months in.
Highly recommend

5.0 out of 5 stars Muy útil

This is my first robot vacuum so maybe my review isn’t as helpful as someone who owned 10 of them. It’s been only a week since we got this robot, but I absolutely love it!!! I was debating between this model and Q5 and so happy I went with this one as I love mopping capability and find it extremely useful. Use it few times per day every day to keep our 2 story condo as clean as possible with two little children and a cat. It works perfectly for hardwood floors, we have only one room with a small carpet and I think it’s so-so for carpets, but probably none of the robot vacuums are good for it. (IMHO)
Overall, this was an amazing purchase and I look forward to keep using it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Potente aspiradora
