Twisted Tales Duet #1

Echoes of Silence

Rate this book
A dull-eyed girl, broken and alone,
living in a world drenched in violence.
Her story begins with bloodline sins,
and no one to save her from the echoes of silence.

Wren
I haven’t spoken in four years. Not a scream, not a cry, not a whimper. I learned a long time ago—the punishment for speaking out against my tormentors isn’t a price I’m willing to pay.
Not again.

Forged in darkness and controlled in silence, I was caged for other’s twisted perversions. It wasn’t until four dark knights swooped in and sliced through the ropes binding me that I was finally free. They were supposed to be my saviors, but I was wrong. So. Incredibly. Wrong. The men who purchased me from my father are monsters—worse than those who haunt the shadows of my past.

At first, they whispered sweet promises of freedom, but now they say I’m theirs to keep. To own. I’m nothing more than a prisoner once again. Only this time, I might not need saving. Especially when their brand of darkness soothes the shattered pieces of my poisoned soul, and sets my desire for vengeance ablaze.

*Echoes of Silence is a DARK contemporary retelling of The Ugly Duckling, and 1 of 13 novels releasing in the Twisted Tales collection. It's a depraved, gritty, and raw reverse harem romance that contains scenes that may be triggering to some. Including : sexual assault, graphic violence and explicit steamy scenes. The FMC is beautifully broken, yet undeniably fierce. Her dark knights are depraved and possessive, delighting in pushing her past her breaking point. This novel comes with massive triggers, so please heed the warning. It is not suitable for readers under the age of 18.

Wow, this author reeled me in with this captivating and unique story! I wasn't sure how this book was going to go and wow she worked her magic. This story is raw, gritty, but also beautiful. It's filled with heartbreak, but also has many tender moments. A very nice balance.

Poor, sweet and docile Wren. My heart shattered for her with all that she endured. Thrown to hungry and sadistic predators by someone who should have loved her and cared for her. Both of them were horrible humans and WILL deserve everything her new friends will hopefully be dishing out t them very soon.

She was rescued by 4 friends who pay and take in abused women. Kodiak, Havoc, Hush and Nix. Her trust is paper thin and beyond fragile. Most of them make it easy to trust, but some still have thick walls of steel around their hearts and emotions, just as she does.

I loved all the guys for different reasons... They each brought out the good in her. They all made her feel wanted and for her words always be heard... until it was taken away from her.
Even with this being a dark romance there was much needed comic relief by the one and only Havoc. I don't want to say too much because there is lots I can spoil, but I want to you to have the pleasure of watching Wren slowly come out of her cocoon with the help of 4 sexy, strong, kind but very dark hearted men. You'll thank me!

MY. GOSH..... That ending. I can't take it!! My heart is in my throat!! Send help --- or just the next book, please!

Intriguing characters, slow story progression

From an abusive childhood so traumatic that she no longer speaks to being rescued by Havoc, Kodiak, Hush, and Nix cloaked as a sale to the highest bidder, this was story of Wren's emotional healing journey with the help of four heroes.

I found this story sorrowful, eliciting feeling for the turmoil and tragedy not just for Wren, but also her heroes. There was also a uniqueness to the characters; even a voiceless Wren was expressive and strong; and each of the heroes, distinctive. Kodiak, broody, grumpy; Hush, quiet, brawny and protective; Nix, nerdy and carefree introvert; and Havoc, spirited, fun, thoughtful. And they were not just physically diverse but ethnically as well. Character development was strong, and story intrigue was high. I liked the subtle sexual attraction undercurrent that I could feel growing.

This story contained dark themes, but was not dark to me or particularly spicy.

What drew me away from the story was a little too introspective as to lose the arc of the plot. Nothing really happened, and so story progression faltered. Also, while I liked Havoc's levity against some of the seriousness, I also felt he was painted as a stereotype that put his personality and style into mockery, almost as if his abusive childhood made him into the flamboyance he was rather than simple nature.

Overall, a cerebral, slow burn read.

Based on the blurb of this book I had some expectations in my head of what tropes would be included but I was surprised to find instalove, strangers to lovers, and a FMC with PTSD. I usually don't enjoy reading about these tropes but I was both shocked and happy to find that I loved how they were done here!

Wren has a dark and traumatic past to say the least but I was so happy that despite it all, she still kept her will to fight alive and upon being freed she is became more determined to overcome her past and PTSD so she could become an independent woman no matter what happened, it was very refreshing to see! I am also usually an enemies to lovers or bust kind of reader so I was also a bit surprised to find that not having that dynamic didn't bother me, if anything I absolutely loved it because I fell for almost all of the guys the second I met them! My heart was just melting into a pile of warm goo watching them go from strangers to friends to lovers throughout this book!

My only complaint was that there were times where Wren's thoughts and emotions would in her own words "pinball" and she'd from angry or upset to turned on in 0.5 seconds for no reason other than looking at one of her love interests? Even she acknowledges multiple times that it's a bit much so I'm hoping that there's a reason for that that's explained in Echoes of Vengeance. Oh and that ending? WHY DID YOU STOP THERE?! I feel betrayed that you would end it right there and rob me of those reactions but I'm also very excited to see how the guys handle everything that went down at the end! Let the true chaos and carnage begin! 😉😈

The storyline is everything for me, so refreshing!!! Which means it had me hooked from the start as I couldnt wait to see how it all played out, let me tell you guys. This book doesnt disappoint. Wren has been through hell and back, it turns my stomach just thinking about it. She is sold off from her disgusting parents to 3 guys who could be even worse.. or could they be her saviours in disguise? Havoc, he is the life and soul of this book 😂 he had me laughing so much and his character is so unique and amazing!! There is only one Havoc 💕😂 Hush is my silent, broody grumpy bear 🥰 Nix is the tech geek but also has a heart of gold. I love the relationship between him and Wren... then there is douchbag Kodiak, he really isn't all that likeable throughout but we love him all the same. Probably due to Havoc and their relationship. After that ending I am reeling, I could've thrown my kindle I was soo frustrated at a certain character!! Is there any going back from this?! I love Wren, she is so special and deserves the best from life. Even after she has escaped the clutches of her past, it's still haunting her. A big bombshell broke my heart for her, what will she do?! Has she really escaped her past or has it caught up with her?! Will the guys be her saviours or be the ones to doom her 🥺 ready for the next book now please..

Echoes of Silence by Indie Black is a dark reverse harem novel. The book is a two-part dark contemporary retelling of The Ugly Duckling and is part of the Twisted Tales Collection.

The book comes with an author note: "This novel comes with massive triggers, so please heed the warning. It is not suitable for readers under the age of 18."

I absolutely love Indie's books! I was pulled in from the first chapter and I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Wren, Havoc, Hush, Nix, and Kodiak is off the charts. I really enjoyed getting Patrick, Wren, Havoc, Hush, Kodiak, and Nix's points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ends on an amazing cliffhanger that left me begging for more! I can't wait for the next book Echoes of Vengeance to be released in June 2022.

I would highly recommend this book if you like dark romances, reverse harem romances, contemporary romances, or mafia romances. This is a must read!

This is my first read by Indie and I am won over completely. I am utterly speechless with how this talented author was able to craft a tale that packed such an emotional punch, yet brought hope and had the perfect amount of steam.
Wren is such a strong, resilient and beautiful soul of a heroine. This young woman was put thru Hell by the hands of her father and never let this man win. I love watching her blossom from a hollow shell to a smiling young woman was an experience within itself.
Kodiak, Havoc, Nix and Hush are her rescuers who all have their own haunted pasts. Havoc’s jokes, love and admiration for his “little Sprite” had me laughing thru tears. Hush is the gentle giant of a protector whose love for Wren made me swoon. Nix is the one that made me melt - his gentle approach, watchful eye and thoughtfulness is something to behold. Kodiak is somewhat of hard one that made my heart ache, his guarded nature meets Wren’s neck for neck and I ate up anytime he would let his guard down (even when I wanted smack him).
I love seeing how Wren sneaked into each of the guys’ heart and how they sneaked into hers. I have to repeat that this is not a light hearted story (please read the trigger warnings) and the cliffhanger is a killer - like is it June yet? Killer. Indie has gained a faithful reader in me with this phenomenal story and I plan on binging more of her works as soon as I can.

* darker themes check TW

Wren & her men were a great emotionally impactful read. She went through so much & being able to see how genuine Kodiak, Havoc, Nix & Hush were with her was so cute. They were gentle, protective & overall exactly what Wren needed. They each brought her comfort which just made me so happy for her.

I really enjoyed the dynamic of their relationship as well as the plot. It did keep me intrigued & I never really got bored either. I just wanted to keep going so I could find out what was going to happen. If you like dark romance with suspense, sexy men & damaged pasts then I suggest giving this one a try!

This is a duet, book 2 will be out later this year!

3.5/5 ⭐️
3/5 🌶

Tropes:
- dark romance
- reverse harem
- mute heroine
- age gaps (a variety)
- MM (in the harem)
- trauma + abused heroine
- mafia, murder, secrets, betrayal
- The Ugly Duckling retelling

POV: first person - multiple

Type: duet (book one) *ends on a cliffhanger*

Wren has endured a great deal of pain since she was sixteen. When her father sells her to the highest bidder, she anticipates the pain she experienced was just the start compared to what’s to come. The last thing she expects is to be saved by four dark knights who just might be what finally destroys her.

This started so strong! Each man in the harem had their own thing. Havoc is chaotic in the best way and added humor and light to all the dark. Kodiak is a grumpy asshole at all times. Hush is a protective quiet mountain of a man that captured my heart. Nix is a technology genius and brings reason to the group. Our girl Wren is pure resilience with a fire waiting to be set free.

I was 100% expecting this to be a stand-alone so when everything progressed slowly I was confused until it was obvious there was more to come. That being said, there was no real development regarding the harem since it is book one of a duet. A majority of interactions were the heroine with one guy at a time and minimal group interaction.

While I did love the characters, I did have issues I couldn’t look past:

I don’t like my romance books to have full on smut scenes (including dirty talk) with anyone that is NOT the heroine or the hero(es). So the scene with another woman was not something I expected (especially in our hero’s POV bc yes, there were details).

The ending really made me hate one character. I already didn’t love this character but now I don’t see it ever happening unless the grovel is astronomical.

*My 🌶 rating is based on the scenes with only our heroine and heroes, including any MM scenes. Definitely not that other woman scene.*

Indie Black definitely took us on a rollercoaster with this book and it’s one I can’t call the ending on at this point.

I really liked Wren and gelled with her from the beginning, her inner monologue was a bit wordy at times during the first 50% but I think it’s because she’s been through so much in her life and how she communicates with others plays a part too. I liked how it connected me with her though and for the second 50% of the book once we’d really gotten to know Wren it flowed smoothly.

Kodiak, Hush, Nix and Havoc have very different personalities which all complemented each other, creating a great family/friendship unit. Havoc had me laughing with his sense of humour, I loved the shy side to Nix and how he opened up more with Wren, Hush is my favourite with how he says so much by saying so little, I absolutely love him. Now Kodiak.. this alphahole I threw my kindle about on a few occasions, and after the ending at this point I’d totally be okay if 4 guys turned to 3, I’m mad at him right now.

There is a plot point at about the 50% mark which I personally struggled with as it involved another woman that even though we love too, the detailed chapter was hard to read and may be worth mentioning in the authors note at the beginning, but it’s totally down to personal preference on this one.

The ending has to have a specific mention because the emotion I could feel coming off the pages was written fantastically, Indie made such a statement with just one little word and I had tears in my eyes.

I’m looking forward to the second half of this duet to witness the other guys’ reactions and to get back to my girl Wren, although I am mad at Kodiak I’m interested to see if he can be redeemed for me, can’t wait to read it to find out!

Silence Is Golden

An abused young woman is rescued by a group of men that feel more than just friendship after getting to know her. Wren has lived with parents who used her for their own gain. As a pleasure slave to be rented out. She stopped talking to everyone except a small written diary. Hoping her future would eventually brighten, she didn't fully break. The group of men, Kodiak, Hush, Nix, and Havoc, became consumed with her. Havoc is a clown that digs deep inside her to uncover the woman trapped inside. His passion and affection give her room to flourish. Nix is a tech genius that understands sometimes less is more with drawing out a damaged soul. He gives Wren the room to breathe and begins understanding her more and more. Hush is a giant of quiet man. He doesn't speak often but will to his silent Wren. He understands what pain she has suffered. But Kodiak the leader fights the attraction. He sees someone else when he looks at her and it's too hard to rationalize her and his past. But as the others get closer he's wrapped in her web of innocence and pain.

I love everything this author writes but I'm not biased when I can acclaim to the emotional and personal story. Wren is quick witted and sarcastic in her own mind. Each man has unique quirks and the MM relationship inside the group is wonderful. A dominance and submission tale. A story in a story. Each character has something to tell. Well written as always.

Wow, I applaud Indie Black because she did such an outstanding job with this dark and magnificent story.

This book is just perfection (smacking my lips). Wren lost the ability to speak with the treatments she received and I don't blame her. When you have such bad treatments and beatings you literally lose the ability to speak maybe out of fear or just out of rebellion. Either way, she gets rescued by four guys that dedicate themselves to rescue people from such heinous people mistreat others out of pleasure, for pain or for money.

When Wren is removed from that home, she forms a bond with these men, every man is unique to her and she forms her own bond with each one. Every man is different in their own way and she gets along with each one differently.

I loved her character, her personality and her ways with each individual. She opened up with each one differently and I loved them each in their own way as well. Their duty to save broken and battered people is something that warms my heart because not many people are willing to risk their lives for people that they don't know.

These men risking their lives for Wren was something worth for them because they got to know her and they decided to keep her and now she is part of them in all the ways that count. Now, I can't wait for the next installment because that ending had me almost falling off my damn couch!!

Indie Black is a must read author for me!

Great story and characters

This is probably one of my favorites from the Twisted Tales collection (so far). The way that the author completely grips you within the story, and so quickly was perfection.

Each of the characters has their own demons that they are trying to defeat, some further ahead than others. They struggle in their own ways and are fighting to overcome each obstacle they meet. As details of their pasts and struggles are revealed, we begin to understand more about them and see how they can coexist.

The FMC, Wren, is such a strong character. She has been living in a nightmare, and has been steadily combatting each obstacle that comes her way. It’s hard for her to trust but she’s becoming stronger everyday.

Each of the MMCs is distinct and some we love and others… maybe not so much. We are slowly learning more about them, their histories and their purposes but there is still more to learn.

Just when we thought all was finally going well, the author gave a few twists to keep us on our toes. These characters deserve a HEA and I can’t wait to see the redemptions, revenge and revelations in the conclusion of this duet.

I read Echoes of Silence in a single sitting, and Wow!
I wasn’t expecting this book to consume my whole day.
I'm mad AF about the cliffhanger, but at the same time, I'm so glad the author made this story into a duet.
EOS is a loose retelling of the Ugly Duckling.
It’s a dark, emotional, reverse harem with MM situations in the relationship.

The Heroine Wren is a strong but tortured soul.
She hasn’t uttered a single word in four, refusing to show her abuser the satisfaction of her suffering.

"Always search for the light, even when you’re swimming in darkness."

Wren has four love interests, three if she had her way, and they meet under unique circumstances.
Kodiak, Havoc, Nix, and Hush purchase her from her father for five million dollars.

"These men will be my downfall … and what a fall it will be."

Havoc’s my favorite of the four men.
He’s the crazy “life of the party” and absolutely hilarious.
Kodiak is the leader of the group and a grumpy bear.
He fights his attraction to Wren from the get-go, and I loved hating him.
Hush is a nurturing sweetheart.
He's known for his silent demeanor, so when the arrival of Wren brings out the unspoken side of him, the rest of the men are shocked.
Nix is a computer genius and finds the smallest way to connect with Wren.
I really hope he gets more action in the next book.

Note chapter 26 and 27 🔥🤤
Dibs on Havoc 🤤🔥😍

If you're looking for a dark, steamy romance that will also make you laugh out loud I highly recommend reading Echoes of Silence.

Deliously dark

It's been a long time since I've been this emotionally wrecked by a book. One of the darkest I've read in a long time and I loved every minute of it.

Wren's story is absolutely gut wrenchingly Heartbreaking but beautiful in a twisted way.

She has so much fight for someone who has indured so much in her life. She doesn't let her monsters have the satisfaction of seeing her crumble.

After being sold by her father, Wren thinks her nightmare is going to continue but little does she know her buyers would be her saviours. Havoc, Hush, Nix and Kodiak.

In th traumatisingly dark story there is a light named Havoc he will make you laugh out loud when all you want to do is cry for Wren. Even after everything she has been through Havoc makes her smile and feel safe.

Hush is a mammoth of a man but as quiet and stealthy as a ninja. Who knows how to communicate and get through to Wren.

Nix is the hot nerdy tech guy of the group. Who is gentle and caring towards wren and knows exactly what she needs when she needs it.

Kodiak is the leader who is a grumpy alpha asshole who makes all the hard decisions to protect everyone.

Together they have an interesting dynamic but it works.

Each have their own horrific stories that will break your heart.

This story had me hooked from the first page. It was mysterious, thrilling, compelling, dark and disturbing. The storyline was deliciously twisted yet entertaining.

That ending would have to be one of the biggest cliffhangers I've come across!!!!

Wow! This book really toyed with my emotions! This book put me through the wringer. Wren is such a broken soul. She hasn’t spoken a word in so long. She’s so emotionally damaged, that I cried for her. Cried for what she has endured. And suddenly, there’s hope. She’s been rescued, taken away by some broken heroes. Whisked away to some town she’s never heard of. Havoc is a little unhinged but he’s eccentric. His wardrobe is…well…it’s different. Hush is a man of very few words. Nix, the so-called nerd of the group with a good heart and a good brain for the tech stuff. Kodiak, the leader of the group. He has some baggage. A grade A for A-hole. But him and Kodiak together. 🥵🥵. I got super invested in this book once I hit the 20% mark on my kindle. Originally slated as a standalone is now a duet. While I’m happy that there’s more to the story, I’m upset because that cliffhanger is not friendly.

Absolutely breathtaking in every way.
This book not only gives you chills and fear for our victim, but if soothes your soul, gives you hope, only to have reality crashing back down on you all over again. The ups and downs, spins around, and absolutely heartbreaking twists in this book will have you gripped to the very last page and then some. I did not want to put this down.
As a lover of SVU, this book spoke to me on so many levels. I love Wren's strength and perseverance despite all the trauma she's been through, and I love watching her heart begin to open to those who truly do care for her. The dynamic of the harem, the different men each providing her with a different element to help her heal, is a beautiful thing to read. The twists and turns were unexpected and have me yelling at the author, but I must admit, I will be begging for book 2 anyway because I MUST know how this ends!!
Indie just keeps bringing the pain and suspense and I will never get enough of it.

I’m so amazed! I was quickly immersed in the world and couldn’t put it down. It’s dark – read the trigger warnings – and I loved every second of it. She has a way with words that left me so wrapped up in the story; it was hard to drag myself out. The descriptions are fantastic and really help set the stage for each piece of the book. I could easily visualize everything that was happening, and it helped me feel connected to the story and characters. Each character is a fantastic combination of light vs. dark; each one a tortured soul. I quickly found myself in love with Havoc, he’s crazy, loving, and dark – he’s an enigma that I absolutely adore. Hush (which is an awesome name,) Havoc, Nix, and Kodiak are all so very unique, complex, and really well thought out. Wren is a fantastic fmc, she’s has been abused her whole life, but still has so much love to offer. She’s determined to turn her life around. She no longer speaks due to her abuse, but it makes for something so different and I love it. This is loosely based off The Ugly Duckling, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It's got some great steam with MM. The ending left me so distraught and emotional, I wish there were more pages! I’m glad she turned it into a duet, there’s still so much life to offer in this story. I can’t wait for the next book. 🖤

As stated in the blurb, this book does end in a cliffy and what a cliffy it is. Seriously! I am not ok right now.

This book is dark & many of the characters, main and otherwise are survivors of abuse. And you do experience flashbacks and retellings of the abuse. Please pay attention to the trigger warnings.

If dark is something you enjoy & trigger warnings equal you one clicking a book, then this is the one for you. I love how this is a retelling of the ugly ducking, something I haven’t seen before.

Wren the FMC has had a horrific past, but all the men of her in process of being created harem also have horrors in their past. Some we learn about in this book, some I hope we discover more about in the next one.

This book is so good & I can’t wait to read book 2.

Simply amazing?! In all the dark, trigger warning, romance glory!! O..M..G?! The emotional rollercoaster I was put through during this book was utterly delicious, it was so well written and with different POVs that it added more depth. The MFC, Wren, had gone through a lot but she was strong and knew how to survive. Then the other MMCs, now those men, WOW, I wish we could order a meal full of them. Havoc, Nix, Kodiak and Hush each play there roles well and work so well together that it is just magical. The storyline was enticing, and lured you in right from the first chapter, it had me page-turning right up to the end and now I am eagerly and anxiously waiting for book 2. So if you like dark romance like this then read it now, like right now!!

This is the first book I've read of Indie Black's and I loved it. It's a story of abuse, trauma, kindness and mistakes. The first of a dark duet that I can't wait to get the rest of.

After many years of abuse, Wren is rescued by a group of men under the guise of being sold. Kodiak, Hush, Havoc, and Nix are in the practice of rescuing abuse victims from auctions and helping them to start over. Only something about Wren draws them all in and she becomes more than just a rescue to each of them. However, secrets from her past bring all kinds of twists that none of them were prepared for.

This book is dark. Read the trigger warnings. But its so good. It's filled with action, emotion, and steam and you won't be able to put it down.

Again Indie has struck me with how fast I get pulled in. This book is so captivating from the start. I was drawn in to Wren’s story.

She doesn’t have it easy but she also doesn’t let that define her either. She over comes and doesn’t let her Devil destroy her.

The harem each one of the speaks to Wren’s needs differently and they all feel connected or drawn to her in some way.
Havoc can be my BBFF!

This book is dark, mysterious and delicious, the twist are one that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Now I need book 2 please cause that ending!!

Ok for starters…you killed me with that ending!! How am I supposed to survive until the next book?! The plot of this story is fantastic, especially when you throw in such amazing & traumatized characters! I’m obsessed with this story, Wren and her guys. Each of them have such different and unique personalities to distinguish between them. I’m such a fan of the broody asshole every time. Kodiak is my newest obsession, but I do love them all!

This book captured my attention and held it the whole way through. There was a lot of suspense surrounding Wren, secrets, yummy dark & depraved avenging protectors, emotional trauma, fear, and loads of secrets! Seriously though heed the trigger warnings. Step into this book and prepare to have it break your heart, make you want to scream & fight along side our brave fmc, Wren, and get vengeance! I can’t wait to see where this story goes.

Dark and gritty yet utterly heartfelt, Echoes of Silence is a breathtaking read.
Full of hurt, loss and so much raw emotion, this book completely blew my mind.

Completely captivating from the very first page, this is my favorite kind of dark romance:
Wren's story is painful and gut wrenching, and had me drowning in emotions, yet the focus of it is around hope and healing. It is a perfect embodiment of without darkness there can be no light.

That ending though... Will it snuff out Wren's newfound spark of trust? I seriously need the rest of the story RIGHT NOW.

Must Read

Echos of Silence is book 1 in a duet by Indie Black. This duet is a dark retelling of The Ugly Duckling and is part of the Twisted Tales Collection.

This book is dark and gritty, the characters have all been abused in some way.

Wren, Hush, Havoc, Nix, and Kodiak are amazing characters and I found myself rooting for each one. Normally Kodiak would’ve stolen my heart but with this story it’s Hush and Havoc.

This story does end on a cliffhanger, that’s why it’s book 1 of 2. I can’t wait to see what Indie is going to throw at us next!!

Trigger warnings because this book is dark and not shy about it.
Oh Kodiak ... WHAT DID YOU DO????!!!
Wren is my favourite type of fmc - after the worst beginning to her life she hasn't lost her inner fire and works to build the strength to keep it out.
Havoc and Hush ... the glitter bomb and the cinnamon roll are both delectable. Nix just gets her and protects. But Kodiak !!!!
Incredible plot, super spicy, deliciously dark at times and that cliffhanger is absolutely heartwrenching! Well done Indie!!!

Echoes of Silence is an incredible and emotional read!
You can’t help to feel for Wren and the way she was brought up. But she never let the evil ones break her. Wren is strong, sassy and funny. I loved how the guys were with her. Especially Havoc, who was determined not to let grumpy bear Kodiak and his rule to not get involve with Wren.
This was emotional book with a killer cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

What a ride! Dark and sad mixed with humor and heat. This emotion rh with dark saviors had me on the edge of my seat. There isn’t a dull moment to be found. Each character capture Shih for different reasons and the storyline is fabulous. But holy hellllllllll that cliffhanger! Seriously screaming because I didn’t want it to end! Need the next one now!

Great read

What a story! Wren goes through hell and is rescued by four dark and delicious yet kind men. This RH is filled with emotion, twists and suspense along with steam. Only issue is with that ending I need the next book now! Great read.
