It is especially great if you play campaign style online playing with others or use online chat rooms while playing. It creates a completely immersive experience and takes you deeper into your gameplay. It can be used on a computer or with your game console. You have a built in mic which is noise canceling that works great and adjustable volume built in the headset. You can get over 30 hours of game of gameplay on a single charge. It really is the best gaming headset that ive used so far and ive used many over the years. It is definitely a product that i would purchase again and i recommend this headset for any gamer out there.

The foam ear coverings fit snugly, but not too tight as to make them uncomfortable. The sound experience is extremely well balanced and clear. The microphone works very well too and is clear. They seem really well made and durable -- though I have only used them for about a week.

I've used Astors, Sennheisers, and HyperX throughout my gaming life, and these headphones are better than them all! Very comfortable and soft cushioning that is great especially if you wear glasses. They fit super comfortably and I love that they have a glass friendly design for people like myself who gets a lot of discomfort from wearing headphones with glasses. The sound is crystal clear during my games and I barely hear the outside noises. The microphone    has not had any issues either during games. The wireless connection is strong and there is absolutely no lagging. I am super impressed with these headphones and they are great for multi-player action games!

It is like I am wearing form fitted pillows on my ears. The sounds is also very clear, and the headset comes with the ability to adjust the sound you hear just the way you want. The battery life is also amazing, I have used the headset for over a week and have not had to charge it. I highly recommend this headset if you are looking for a quality way to game.

Great Audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An overall excellent headset. Sound from speakers is good and noise cancellation is incredible. You probably couldn't hear a jackhammer going outside these. Microphone clarity is exceptional and probably the highlight. Battery life is excellent, though a little under the 30 hours promised by the box. However, the headset charges so quickly that it more than makes up for it. An hour of charge every other day is adequate for heavy (7+ hours a day) use.

They are also exceedingly comfortable - with one flaw. The advertised glasses comfort channel is only really useful for wire frames. Anything thicker needs to be worn the normal way (speaker covers over glasses arms) and puts pressure on the wearer as you would expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Turtle Beach - Elite Atlas Aero headphones to be all around headphones.  When I purchase headphones I generally look for sound quality and comfort, however with gaming headphones I prioritize comfort and usability.  I found that the Elite Atlas Aero headphones are extremely comfortable around my ears, however the frame is a bit tight on my head.  This tightness prevents the headphones from falling off but I do need to take them off from time to time or it does get uncomfortable.  I also found that the quality of the Bluetooth is perfect.  There doesn't seem to be any delay between the audio and image which is ideal (especially for gaming).  As for wired, there isn't much of a difference between the headphones with or without the wire besides the wire getting in the way.  I typically don't mind wired headphones especially since it allows you to use the headphones when you forget to charge them.  Speaking of the charge, I have charged my headphones over a week ago and have gotten several hour of use without need for an additional charge.  The microphone works well and doesn't get in the way and I really like that you can attach and detach the microphone when you want to use it or not.  I like that all of my volume switches are located behind the left earphone.  One of my concerns with the headphones are that the directions are poor.  The headphones don't come with any instructions on how to charge them, use them, or anything else.  I know headphones are straight forward but you cannot plug in the Turtle Beach headphones and use them straight from the box.  You have to download an additional software to manage them while you game which I found out by googling if there were any online setup directions.  However, My biggest concerns with the headphones which resulted me in taking 1 star off of my review was that the headphones are very quiet.  Even at 100% volume the headphones have are not very loud.  If the headphones didn't have so much else going for them I would have taken away more than one star.  The sound quality despite being quiet is decent for gaming headphones but not great for music.  Ultimately, I would absolutely recommend these headphones for someone who is looking to game, however if you are looking to listen to more music with your headphones then I would recommend a brand more focused on music quality.

Great Gaming Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was incredibly skeptical of wireless headsets, as I've had connectivity issues with other wireless peripherals for my gaming rig.  I'm happy to say I finally found a wireless product that meets my expectations.  It's a bit freeing to be able to game with a wireless headset after years of having to tug on a cord to move around, and it does not come at the cost of reduced sound quality. If anything, this headset provides equal (if not better) sound quality than other top wired headsets I've used. The functionality is also terrific, as all buttons are located on the headset itself to adjust sound, mute voice, on/off, etc. Would definitely recommend this product. The only reason I don't give it a full five stars is because of comfort. It may be one of the better sounding and quality headsets I've used, but my XL head does need a break from these on occasion from tightness. So if you have a big dome like me, keep that in mind!

First time wireless user - I'm a believer!

I can only wear them for short periods of time before I need to take them off. Also, I've been trying to install the Turtle Beach software to connect to my device, but there is a problem that doesn't allow it. I'm told repeatedly that I need to download the latest version, but when I try, it tells me I already have it. I'd like to be able to adjust the levels, but without a viable platform that won't happen.
