We named her Rosie after the maid on the Jetsons. 🤭 She's a pretty basic model with no mapping capabilities and she doesn't seem to “get smarter” as she runs. Despite her limited features, she does a great job with maintenance and the dog fur. I do have to prep areas by lifting cords and curtains as well as blocking areas or rooms I don't want her in. But now that I've gotten familiar with her, I can focus on other chores while she does the floors. I would never run her without supervision!! She needs to be emptied frequently during cleaning and there is no indicator when the dust collector is full.. She does get confused sometimes by high contrast rugs and tends to change paths when furniture gets in her way. Overall, I'm satisfied. I got her at a huge discount during Christmas sales and it was worth it. If I had paid full price I may not be as satisfied.

I love my robot vacuum mop.

I love my ONSON Robot Vacuum Cleaner.  The quality and amenities for the price is unbeatable and unbelievable! Well constructed and it's very thorough picking up small particle it passes over. Very easy to use, clean and maintain.  It docs itself when the battery is low. Only wish the battery life was a little longer. It came securely packaged and on time.  I loved it so much that I ordered a second one for my sister for Christmas.

Pleasantly pleased

I purchased this item in December.  After 2 months, it stopped working.  It just spins around and then stop.  Save your money and buy a better quality robot.

Use less Robot

This robot did not do one complete tour of my house for cleaning. NOT ONCE! It got stuck everywhere. Under both of my recliners, under both of my couches, the sliding glass door track under my whiskey barrel table, and even on the doormat. Then I blocked it off to at least have it cleaned my kitchen. It then went in this random order and did not get even remotely close to the entire floor. The picture is just one example of where it got stuck on that welcome mat.

This robot is a complete waste of money.

this product doesnt do any mapping of your house. Every day i have it scheduled to come on and its like chasing a toddler around the house! it gets stuck under the couch, under the cupboards, in the carpet. i had to put things up to block under the couch ans prep the house just for it to do its job. finally had to just take the schedule off it and now its been sitting. not worth the money. the moping feature also is terrible.

I have used it around the hose 3 or 4 times and the trash can has very little in it. I have two large dogs all wood floors a cat and my son is constantly running in and out of the house. So my floors stay dirty. The thing scooped up the dog hair around the brushes and drop it off somewhere that it would have a little trouble getting out of. And the dirt just stayed there. I will be returning mine.

This vacuum arrived in very used and very dirty condition. The dust bin still had someone's else's dirt in it and the mopping cloth was filthy. The only thing in the box was the nasty vacuum cleaner and the charging platform. The actual cord, the remote, the instruction manual and all the extra parts were missing. I have pictures of all the mess. It's impossible to talk to a real person about anything, I had to do all the complaining through chat. I did return it with a letter explaining that should not be put back on the shelf for someone else to have to deal with. Walmart should check ALL returns before they  sell them again. Very horrible experience. Still waiting on my refund!!!

Be very careful

You had this marked up at around $600 black friday to deceive customers into thinking it was a great deal when it is cheaper now then black friday so I want a refund ASAP this is deception and false advertising at its finest. I expect someone to be getting ahold of me or I will be contacting a attorney.
