Evin’s Flight is the latest book in Ahren Sanders Southern Charmers series that features Evin, Darby Kendricks twin brother and his instant attraction to Poppy. Although they are from two completely different worlds on different sides of the country, the millionaire mogul and the bohemian flawless flower child, the moment they meet their worlds turn upside down and their souls are instantly connected.
This is one of those books that gives you a home for both your heart and your head and you just simply do not want to leave. I delayed finishing this book for a few days because I simply wasn’t ready to say goodbye to this family…even if it is only for a little while. The stand-alone books in this series (three to date) are more like family and friends and each book feels as if you are going back home with the way these people love unconditionally, support each other through thick and thin each time a new book is released. A must read for anyone looking to fall in love with these characters; are happy with some giggles while reading; like a romance that can get a little (well sometimes a lot) spicy and has characters that love hard. If there was a way I can become friends with any of these characters I would be on the next flight to meet them face to face. Another great five star read by Ahren Sanders.

As cliché as it sounds for Poppy and Evin opposite do attract.
Something magical happens when they kiss that realigns the stars and sets them on a course where the cannot stay away from one another. I love this series where each character has their own story and you are reacquainted with all of them as the books progress. A. Sanders does an outstanding job of building her characters into lovable, relatable people you want to have in your world.

Evin's Fight by A. Sanders is book three in the Southern Charmers Series. Every book is about another couple and can be read as a stand-alone. For best reading experience I recommend to read the books in order.
Evin and Poppy are so different from each other, but somehow they are perfect for each other.
This is a complex story, an insta-love story and just as great as the other books in this series. I loved the storyline, loved connecting with the charaters, loved meeting characters from previous books.
A great read, 5 stars.

If you have been reading along in this series of Southern Charmers (not necessary but reading the previous books will heighten your experience) you may feel like me that each book is like coming back home. All of her characters are warm and welcoming. You become absorbed into their world and want to get lost in their lives.
Evin, Darby's twin brother (Darby from Pierced Hearts, book 1) is a self proclaimed workaholic and lifetime bachelor. All his entanglements are short term and only for "the fun of it", no strings attached. Evin has seen first hand what relationships and emotions lead to and that is not for him. During a stay with friends in Vegas, his ideals are about to change.
Poppy has her "family" in the Cirque troupe and her best buds to support her and love her. She quite literally dances to her own drummer. Rainbow hair, braided with flowers, bohemian style, she has what she needs in her life. She may not be rich financially but she is rich in hopes and dreams.
One day she meets this mighty mogul, Evin, and their worlds are turned upside down and it wasn't even in the program.
Poppy's life has not always been this carefree and her past may actually put a damper on her future. Evin can not believe how this ray of sunshine has brightened his world to the point that he could never return to the darkness he didn't know he was living in.

You will fall in love with all of the characters and get to know them well as they come to life across the pages. There were a few unexpected twists. And I was unsure where they would lead.
Contemporary romance lovers will fall in love with Evin's Fight as I have.

I don't know where to start with this!!! This book completely enraptured me. Evin and Poppy are out of this world amazing! I felt like I was watching a movie play out in my mind. The flower child and business mogul couldn't be more opposite but they were absolutely perfect for one another.
It only took one look for Evin to know his life was forever changed. The twists in this book will keep you guessing. I am completely in love with this couple and all the family members. I can't wait to get more from this author.

I loved this book once I got into it. Pierce is still my favorite H of this series but Poppy stole the spot of my favorite h. I love Evin as well but he’s no pierce. Poppy was so sweet and positive even with all the things life threw at her. You could also tell that Evin loved her hard right from the start. I’m not sure that I have ever hated a villain as much as I hated Tasha while reading this book! All in all it was a great read!

I have been waiting for the third book from the Southern Charmers series for so LONG and now IT’S FINALLY OUT. First off, I like to say that Ahren Sanders has been one of my go to authors for instant, alpha male romance novels. My all-time favorite books by her are Reed’s Reckoning and Surrendering (review coming soon). Anyways, this is the third book in the Southern Charmers series. Evin, who is Darby’s twin (Darby’s story is the first book), is the hero of this book. He is a workaholic and works at the bank. A very successful 35 year-old - I might add. He has never had a serious relationship and has never projected any alpha male tendencies like his other friends until he sees Poppy. Evin sees her at her show. It was love at first sight. Instant attraction.
What is a complete mystery, and you’ll learn the answer when you read the book, is Poppy’s childhood. At the beginning of the book it is a complete mystery on where she grew up, all we know is that she has no family besides her dancer friends. Another mystery is how their relationship is going to survive since the both live on different sides of the country.
I will say if you haven’t read the previous books then the story will be better for you. If you have read the previous books then the first couple chapters are kinda boring and a refresh of what happened to each couple. I love books that have great secondary, supporting characters who are friends and family. I love that dynamic and it makes a great series as I want to know what is happening in everyone else's lives. Ahren Sanders does a really good job of storytelling. She captivates her audience. Like this book just came out and I finished it within a day because I couldn’t put it down!
Overall I highly recommend this book and read other books by this author - you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! Just Wow!
I’ve enjoyed all the reads by Ahren Sander starting from when I first picked up Surrendering back in 2015. While I’ve enjoyed all the reads since this, this is the best since Finding Our Course. The dynamic between the characters, the storyline, the passion, the intensity! It makes me feel like I’m reading the her for words for the first time all over again.
I’ve enjoyed all the reads by Ahren Sander starting from when I first picked up Surrendering back in 2015. While I’ve enjoyed all the reads since this, this is the best since Finding Our Course. OPPOSITES DO ATTRACT!
I absolutely loved Evin and Poppys story, and the instant chemistry. I was captivated from the beginning. The twists and turns adds to the intrigue.

Loved everything about this book. Evin and Poppy was all the feels you want in a book,you got to see them fall and fall hard for each other. Poppy is a free spirit and you can practically imagine how Evin feels about her in the reading that you do. You will not want to put the book down its so good I didn't.

The GODDESS of a bitch's comeuppance has arrived! My GAWT I have never read such perfect slapbacks in my entire life! Ms. Sanders is the f**king genius of telling off villainous women, leaving me cackling with glee every damn time!
This book had the PERFECT amount of OTT possessive/protective alpha hero, heart, humor, angst, and smexiness. So good. I LOVED seeing Evin fall HARD for Poppy and I loved that Poppy was such a sweetheart (even when her family is filled with venomous snakes).
I truly enjoyed seeing so many of the Southern Charmers couples, though I wish I could read Rayanne and Andrew's story separate--they deserve a book all their own, Ahren! I hope Jackson, Andrew's brother (I forget with all the A names), and Tony (even though he fell for Tasha's s**t) get their own stories.
I would have given this book a solid 5 stars but I really don't like this pattern of separating the hero and heroine for long periods that I am seeing in Ms. Sander's books. As a plot device, it works in one or two books, but in nearly EVERY book? It's too much.
All in all, I REALLY, REALLY liked this book! Gimme more!

This book is absolutely amazing. I am telling you now to get comfortable because you will not be able to put this book down. Poppy and Evan are complete and total opposites. When these two see each other for the first time there is a immediate connection. After their first kiss they just can not stay away from each other. I loved their connection and I loved he was a serious businessman and she a flower child that was just one of the greatest female characters ever. I loved her positive attitude no matter what was going on. I loved the side she brought out in Evan too. They way he loved Poppy just stole me heart. I could just go on and on about these two but you need to experience them first hand. This is a standalone but I will be going back and reading the other books in this series because I fell so in love with Poppy and Evin. I also love the way that Arhen Sanders words flow. There absolutely addictive and flow and you feel like your right in the moment with her characters.

This book is absolutely amazing. I am telling you now to get comfortable because you will not be able to put this book down. Poppy and Evan are complete and total opposites. When these two see each other for the first time there is a immediate connection. After their first kiss they just can not stay away from each other. I loved their connection and I loved he was a serious businessman and she a flower child that was just one of the greatest female characters ever. I loved her positive attitude no matter what was going on. I loved the side she brought out in Evan too. They way he loved Poppy just stole me heart. I could just go on and on about these two but you need to experience them first hand. This is a standalone but I will be going back and reading the other books in this series because I fell so in love with Poppy and Evin. I also love the way that Arhen Sanders words flow. There absolutely addictive and flow and you feel like your right in the moment with her characters.

HOLY HELL Evin's Fight was a fantastically spectacular story that I couldn't get enough of. Ahren Sanders is one of those authors who does the perfect job developing her characters to the point that I really want them to end up as my real life friends. Evin & Poppy are 100% different, so on paper they don't work, and yet, somehow they're each what the other one needs in their lives but it's a slow burn which kept me turning the pages as fast as humanly possible since I needed to know. I loved both Evin & Poppy (even though I didn't understand her to be honest because I'm more like him) but maybe just maybe my controlled self needs a free spirit in my life like Evin did LOL! See?! That's what I'm talking about, these characters like those before them just burrow themselves in the reader's heart. Ahren Sanders is the perfect example of this quote by E.L. Doctorow "Good writing is supposed to evoke sensation in the reader-not the fact that it is raining but the feeling of being rained upon." HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ahren Sanders is back with her addicting Southern Charmers and y'all, this go round we have the swoony Evin and the sweet Poppy. Two Souls destined to meet in the exact moment they did and their worlds changed the moment they collided.
Gahhhhhh these two and their story. Packed full with suspense, heat, intensity, steam, drama, angst, and all of the very best feels, Poppy and Evin swooped me off my feet, jeot me captived cover to cover and left me wanting so much more time with them when it was all over.
Evin's Fight is the third book in the Southern Charmers series and this is by far my favorite book by Ahren to date. An absolute must read.
I highly recommend this book.

Absolutely LOVED it!
I love everything Ahren rights and I’ve loved both the other books in this series but Evin & Poppy’s story is my favorite! Evin is an over the top alpha and Poppy...well that woman definitely knows how to handle him. ;) She’s adorable and such a strong independent woman. The story is fun, suspenseful and oh so hot & sexy... these southern charmers are something else.

I have been waiting on this next installment forever just like all of you guys! What can I say Ahren has not disappointed me at all! The pure feelings in this book just leap off of the page! I fell in love with Pierce and all his alpha hotness but wow move over here comes Evin and wow he does not disappoint! Poppy you got to love a pure sweet heart who always gives and feels for others I loved her and their special love story! Makes me want to move to South Carolina! Looking forward to more southern charm!!

Evin and Poppy
I love this series. Each one gets better and better. Evin and Poppy’s story is so detailed and in depth. I was blown away. You have your awesome alpha male, best friends, and family. Oh and most of all chemistry! Very strong non-breackable bond. Can’t wait to see who’s story is next!

I’ve loved each of the books in this series and the great families in them. Evin and Poppy, opposites attract and insta love.
The love story is perfect. How Poppy came to be Poppy and the tragedies and triumphs of her life are inspiring. Evin is my kind of alpha hero.
Loved seeing Pierce and Darby and both their growing family and their love. Even horrible Connie makes herself known.

I'm definitely not disappointed with this book. Actually I was hoping it wouldn't end. I just loved the chemistry, the love, passion and romance of Evin and Poppy. Although there certainly was a teensy weensy disappointment with how the villain played out. I was expecting more from this but that's ok.
Since this is the first book I've read from Ms. Sanders, I'll now have to backtrack and read book 1 - Pierce and Danbys story. Can't wait!

Wonderful
Evin’s and Poppy’s story was superb. I love how independent yet totally devoted to her friends and Evin Poppy is. They bring out the best in each other. I hope this isn’t the end of this series. I need more from the Charleston crew.

So good!
It is hard to pick a favorite out of the three books. I loved them all equally. Poppy is such a beautiful soul and Evin.... Sigh.....loved him. So glad to catch up with all the others. One thing that warmed my heart throughout all the books was family. Beautiful!!!!
