Blurb may contain spoilers for those who haven't started the series yet. Keep reading if you don't mind or you're all caught up:

Decades ago, three men started a war...

...today, I win it.

I had a plan.

Step one: Steal the ledger.

Step two: Takeover Cinco City.

Simple, right?

Nowhere in there was I supposed to fall in love with the men who knocked my plan off course.

Saint, Cash, Brutal, and Mercer are everything to me. A fact I should not have let slip.

A battle rages and only the last man standing claims victory.

I must take back what's mine amid deception, lies, and a city-wide gang war laying waste to all in its path.

The question is will the men I love be standing with me?

Mercer is a dark contemporary reverse harem romance. This is the final book in the series and features language, dark themes, and sexual scenes. If you're cool with that, dive in!

No doubt about it, the "Saint and Sinners" series is in the top best series I've read this year. From the very start of this series I was hooked and while I hate starting a series only to have to wait for each and every new book release within it, each was more than worth the wait! Mercer, the last book in the series delivers on all points, and its conclusion was epic! Addy Redgrave, the Merchants, Saint, Brutal, Cash and Mercer, along with Addy's best friend and her father, each held more secrets than Colonel Sanders recipe. Nonetheless, their characters were very well-developed. You just never knew what would happen next or what secret would be revealed.

Ruby Vincent has tricked me again... I love that she can! She's a master at tying the story together in the end, throwing in a twist that never crossed your mind, yet makes all the sense in the world.

The previous Vincent series I read prepared me for the immense amount of sex the MC would enjoy with her harem of hot men, so it wasn't as much of a shock this time. I'd gotten to the point I skipped most sex scenes in books... It was more of the same... I didn't skip a single word of this series.

Reading a final book of a series is always a disappointment for me... However, knowing there's a spin-off is easing that pain!

Happy reading!

Soooo.....I have really mixed feelings about this last book and I'm struggling how to explain why without giving any spoilers. I feel like there wasn't as much action packed violence as the other books but there was lots so maybe it was too predictable or something that made me feel let down. The relationships between a whole bunch of different people felt forced and took away some of the edginess. The intimacy and steamy scenes between all of the main characters was very subdued and infrequent which took away some of the charm of each of their quirks. Those interactions are what made the characters so endearing and fed the whole each and all of you make me whole for Addy. But, everything tied up nicely. There were plenty of twists to keep you guessing and some badass girls putting the beat down on boys pretending to be men. I mean seriously, what girl doesn't want to be a killer sniper taking out all the bad people? Well maybe not everyone. Or maybe just me.....but I digress! This still is a really good series and the earlier books were top notch 5 star worthy reads, so you definitely should check them out!

Man this was such a good series ! The plot twists, the action, the spice, the love. Uffff I loved it all so much! Thank you Ruby Vincent for writing an incredible series and keeping me on the edge of my seat the whole time! I truly didn’t expect any of those twists ! The cliffhangers had me close to throwing my kindle across the room until remembering I luckily had the ability to binge this series lol. You did a wonderful job of creating a world that truly sunk its claws into my brain and had me thoroughly enraptured the whole time.

After the way the previous book ended I honestly wasn’t sure what I was walking into with this one.. everything you think you know is just about tossed out the window as soon as you start reading. With that being said I love the fact that I couldn’t predict ANYTHING that happened in this final part of the story! This part was so unique and the way everything played out was mind blowing at times. A twist I never saw coming but had my heart fluttering for some of the characters was just perfection! Loved how it all ended and I can’t say this enough.. having each book alternate between the female main character and only one of the male main characters is just *chefs kiss* magnificent! 🤌

*side note* I’m so excited for the spin off series!!!!

While I enjoyed the story, the writing style definitely threw me off some. Missing commas that made sentences hard to read. Words used the incorrect way. I’ve read other books by this author and didn’t have this problem, so I’m not completely sure what happened during the editing and proof reading of this series. Also, I loved all the twists and turns, there was something new happening all of the time, and I just didn’t feel like the ending did it justice. It was very rushed.

Spoilers:
-knowing Mercer’s real name in this book, at the very end, after calling him by his true name the whole book, the author accidentally calls him by Mercer again.
-addy fakes her death, yet she opens up her own restaurant in cinco city where she’s the head chef… how does this work since she’s supposedly dead?
-after all the lying “Mercer” did the entire book, we learn at the very end his true motivations, and then it’s over and there’s a prologue where they are all happily ever after. It was just sooooo rushed. Y’all find out he’s STILL been lying, no matter what the reason was, and boom it’s over. I wanted to see them at least BEGIN to overcome everything before we got a prologue
-I did enjoy that it felt like the last two books had more interactions between Addy and each guy, rather than just the one guy who is in the title of the book. The first two books were allllllll about the main guy for that book and I didn’t really enjoy that as much as how your traditional reverse harem is written, when each guy is a main part of each book.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad series, but I don’t think it’s the best by this author either

You won't regret this read! The group is a bit psycho but all is fair in love and war. The group are all damaged in their own way but are still trying to do the right thing by dragging guilty scum to justice by any means necessary. Only the naive believe that the same rules and laws apply to everyone.

OMG the Twist in this book. Mercer in a strange way was an angel looking out for them all. But it also rocked them all when found out Mercer wasn't really Mercer. Mercer is really Jasper and he is in the ledger because he has a daughter with a senators wife through an affair. But they go through the gouvorner Katz whom had a lot of people killed even Dinkins Father. Sinjin also learns that his mother is really alive and is the person that hired Mercer/Jasper. But Addy is a true fighter and will do what she has to for the people she love even if it means her death. This is an amazing series it has made me laugh cry and even want to kill lol

It took 4 books to explain the opening scene in book 1. Now we get to know Mercer's story.

Action packed and full of mystery. Who is Mercer, what is he hiding and why is hiding. Of course he isn't Mercer at all as we discovered at the end of book 3.

This book kept me guessing. My brain kept whispering to me about the identity of a mystery person, and what do you know, it was correct.

I really enjoyed this series, and to learn there will be a spinoff series was great to hear, even if it's almost 12 months away.

Oh my goodness this series had me hooked from the start , most days I was still reading into the early hours because I could not put it down until I knew what was happening , I loved all the characters and their relationships with each other and the fact that the series gave us a fantastic storyline alongside the hot scenes with addys guys was everything I love in a book , there were lots of twists and turns that kept me gripped and I didn’t want this series to end , I
can not praise this enough so if you haven’t read it yet do it now you will not regret it and I just might read it all over again because I’m not ready to say goodbye to Addy ,G , Saint , Cash ,Brutal and Mercer/ Jasper just yet 😊😍
