    Roger Priddy is the creator of over two hundred best selling books for young children including Wipe Clean ABC, First 100 Words, and Fuzzy Bee.

    When he was at school he couldn't decide between being a patisserie chef or going to art college. On the advice of his father he chose art college and trained as an illustrator before becoming a designer at Usborne Publishing.

    Roger's love for children's early learning has led him to create some of the most successful children's non-fiction books, first at Dorling Kindersley (My First Word Book, Incredible Cross Sections and My First Cook Book) before he set up Priddy Books with St. Martins Press in New York where several of his books have sold over a million copies each including First 100 Words, My Big Animal Book and Happy Baby Words.

    In total he has sold over 65 million books worldwide and his books have been translated into over 30 languages.

Instant favorite for my 2 yr old son. It was a bday present since he has lately become obsessed with trucks. Bright colors, sturdy pages with high gloss. The flaps are thick card stock and look like they will hold up better then some of the other books with flaps we’ve had.

Such nice pictures of each truck with little flaps that open up to tell you about the truck and the driver. I love this book! Such a fabulous book! Each truck is a fun colour, it is a perfect introductory book. Although I’m cautious of flap books, this one I really like - they add to the charm of the book. Ideal for ages 1-3. I’d advise the parent go through and open the flaps in each page before handing it to your child to use.
