Unbelievable Faith (Fated Mates Series Book 2) Kindle Edition

4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 767 ratings

Fate can be cruel.

Luna DeLuca has lost everything except for her faith in herself. Kidnapped, tortured and threatened by a male that’s already killed half her family, she knows the only way to save the other half is by offering herself up to him. To save her sisters, she’s willing to do anything, even accept a claim from a male that isn’t her mate, a mark on her soul that will ruin her forever. But if this is what her family needs, what her pack needs, she’ll do it to save them all.

Fate can be twisted.

Michael Hudson thought his mission to save the neighboring Crescent pack was about helping out a friend. He thought it was about avenging an attack on his own. But the second he sets his eyes on the beautiful girl locked away in a dank basement he knows she’s why he was put on the face of this planet. She’s the reason he’s here. She’s everything. She’s his. His mate. His fate. His future. Only, she bears the scent of another and is nothing like what he imagined his fated mate to be.

But fate can also be kind.

As brave as she is, Luna’s wolf is submissive and submissive wolves aren’t meant to lead packs. They aren’t meant to be Queens. She knows that. So does Michael. But when he refuses to give up on her, refuses to walk away or back down, she begins to see why fate put them together. She softens him and he strengthens her and maybe, just maybe, if they believe in fate enough they can find their way to forever.

Her wolf may be submissive but maybe, just maybe, if they believe in fate enough they can find their way to forever. The characters in this duet are strong, compelling and the author portrays them in such a way that readers can’t take their eyes off them, and in the second half of this duet Luna and Michael captures readers hearts right off the bat. While they meet under horrible circumstances, their relationship is all about hope and Michael is everything an alpha male should be when it comes to taking care of his mate. Lots of chemistry, passion and emotional turmoil stirs up matching emotions in the readers. This story can be read as a standalone, but it is infinitely better read back to back. The plot is faced paced and full of suspense and excitement that keeps the readers glued to the pages with some surprising twists that shake things up. Danger and craziness are added to the story from a hidden threat that brings about a startling twist that wows readers with a wonderfully exhilarating but sweet romances where readers have to agree that fate does get some things right.

Damn, well-written storyline, good plot, storylines connect to the next book, supporting characters are so good 🤗.
The Crescent and Moirea packs have suffered traumatic tragedies, fate seems cruel 😔. The Crescent pack is in trouble, Luna is held hostage in the basement, her sisters tortured, Leo the brother and pack Alpha needs help. Michael the Alpha and the Moirea pack to the rescue, he meets his mate who is held in that basement, rescues her sisters 😲. Danger is still close 😳. Michael and Luna are fated mates 😉.

It was like a real second book in the series. All the characters were involved in saving Leo’s sisters from the villain named Maddox. It was wonderful the Rafe and Michael’s brother bond was re-established. Zoey is adorable and so strong. She is just impossible to dislike. Darius is a great Enforcer for his Alpha. In this book, Michael actually comes across his mate unexpectedly. What’s great is that he understands all the Rafe and Zoey were feeling and going through in book one. You will appreciate this book on its own but definitely if you read the first book. Read On!

I would love to see this series made into a movie. The characters are authentic and lovable. The stories are always original and smart.

Ok so I DNF . For one heroine kinda got on my nerves. She was supposed to be a submissive wolf. Sometimes she acted the part other times she didn’t, it was just annoying and confusing. Spoiler..... then we had two main characters ,who I would have liked to seen books on eventually , have a homosexual relationship spring up. Kinda felt cheated like when the really cute guy you like turns out gay 🙄. Also felt like the major conflict cleared up really early on and the final conflict wasn’t very believable. But again I got almost to the end and I got fed up with it. Normally I wouldn’t give a review if I DNF but this one just kinda irked me.

Unbelievable Faith starts is an extraordinarily written page-turner. Michael and Luna take us on a beautiful journey full of enemies, love, friendships, and family.

I couldn’t put this book down and absolutely loved Luna, she couldn’t have been a more perfect mate for a Michael and he couldn’t be a more deserving person of someone so strong, loving, and loyal.

I liked this book. I found it entertaining with good character development. I love that the women are strong and the men kind. I was really disappointed that the cover portrayed Luna as white when she’s clearly dark skinned and curly haired. There is not enough diversity in the romance genre (although I realize this is also sci-if). I wish the beauty of diversity was highlighted in this cover rather than showing another white couple.

An absolutely wonderful conclusion to the Fated Mates Duet! The writer has yet again taken the PNR genre by storm and what an impression she's made!

The story was very well balanced, with a bit more suspense than book one and it fit SO. WELL. The steam was off the charts in the best way.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention how fantastic the writing was. From the descriptions, to the flow, to the third person, to the dual POV the writer absolutely NAILED it. I felt like I was watching a movie at some points!!!

I absolutely recommend this fantastic story!!!

I legit could not put this book down. Something about Luna was completely captivating. This whole storyline is gripping and believable and romantic. I love that a beta is fated to an alpha yet she still holds her own because she loves Michael. I cannot wait for more and I really hope Ms. Bryant keeps this universe going because it is filled with too many potential amazing storylines and characters. I highly recommend this duet, but Michael and Luna are my new faves.

So I have to start with a confession. I wasn't sure I would enjoy this book because I didn't really take to Michael in book one. But I'm happy to say he won me over. I enjoyed the fact that there was more of an in depth story alongside the romance in this compared to the first book. I loved the anticipation and build up to Luna's rescue and their first meeting. I enjoyed seeing all the new relationships developing. And I adored the epilogue!
Roll on that full series.

I loved reading Micheal s and Luna's story wow it was an emotional one I was happy when they were and sad and crying when they were. After reading the first book I couldn't not read this one and oh it didn't disappoint it was better than the first one I liked how the author didn't just concentrate on the main characters but there was alot of other characters involved in this book and I fell in love with all of them I also liked seeing more of Rafe and Zoey . Now I will br counting the days for Maya and Nova's books can't wait.( Ps: there's some typos but it does not take away from the essence of this book)

This book had a lot of great points
Great twists and love matching
However it also kept repeating itself about the same thing over and over
But the story line was good
