Weeks ago, The Atlantic magazine quietly published a piece about Dr. Michel Goldman, a Belgian immunologist whose blood cancer (lymphoma) grew exponentially almost immediately after receiving a COVID-19 booster shot in September 2022. The story details a frightening transition.

In just a few weeks, Goldman’s cancer progressed from “a smattering of inky spots, bunched near [his] left armpit and running up along his neck” to “a brand-new barrage of cancer lesions — so many spots that it looked like someone had set off fireworks inside [his] body.” Goldman and his brother, Serge, a specialist in nuclear medicine, were both alarmed. The lesions were “now prominent on both sides of the body [with] new clusters blooming in [his] right armpit in particular, and along the right side of his neck.” Goldman and his doctor immediately both suspected the Pfizer COVID-19 booster was to blame. It was impossible to ignore that Goldman’s cancer had spread rapidly and extensively just days after taking the booster.
