I’ve tried a variety of these hair/nail vitamins, and I don’t know if it’s the combination of the other nutrients in this one, or the amount of biotin, but I have had rough skin, thin hair and extremely brittle nails my whole life. After two months of taking this specific supplement, I now suddenly noticed the back of my arms are soft and smooth, my hair has grown in so thick that all my little whispy pieces are three inches long and my hair is no longer breaking (and boy, there are a lot of breaks from the previous state of my hair!) and this is the most amazing part - I don’t want to jinx it - but I can have LONG nails withOUT tips or anything, and they don’t break. I realized I needed to write this review when I felt the backs of my arms and calves and I no longer have that bumpy, dry chicken skin feeling. This is the only consistent thing I’ve added into my self care regimen. I’ve tried cutting out dairy and gluten, cut out alcohol, etc. for weeks at a time in the past- all of those things helped with other stuff (bloating and inflammation) but I’ve since introduced all those things back in these last two months or more, and my skin/nails/hair keep getting better with this vitamin after only 60 days. I had to come write this review! And these are so inexpensive compared to other ones I’ve tried! I’m so happy I found these!

I’ve always been super skeptical to try out vitamins, because in the past either the side effects were awful (lots of acne) or I never saw any results (even after months of taking them). Vitamin Bounty’s Grow Your Hair vitamins really do what it promises: your hair grows! My hair is feeling so much shinier, smoother, and just overall healthier than it used to look—which is saying a lot considering I’ve been pretty low maintenance since the pandemic started. I love that this vitamin uses clean ingredients and doesn’t taste as bad as I had originally thought. They’re super easy to swallow! Plus, my nails are a lot more durable than before and my skin does feel somewhat smoother. I will say the only downside is you are recommended to take about 3 a day (with meals), so they did run out a little faster than I expected—but honestly, that’s something that I can live with. Overall, I definitely recommend trying these out if you’re looking for options to either grow out your hair, nails, or get healthier skin.

(I’m not paid by this product or received any free product for this review)I forgot to take before pictures so I didn’t include any but these things have been a miracle! I always have acne and as a 27 year old I hate it. I don’t wear much makeup so it always shows. Once I started taking these my face cleared up, and my chest acne went away as well! I forgot to take them for a couple of days and my face broke out again so obviously there is a correlation. I’m on my second month and I’m only look at my scars from some bad bouts of cystic acne. They do give me a bit of energy too so don’t take too close to bedtime. If you are going to try these give them a full month to see results as mine took at least a couple weeks before I started seeing a change. The flavor sucks for me though so I’m careful to take them with a flavored drink.

Within the last year I had been dealing with a lot of hair loss. My hair was dry, dull, and brittle. I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and I have noticed a huge improvement in the health of my hair. My hair is getting stronger and I’m losing less hair then before. I have also noticed a shine in my hair that I didn’t have before and it feels thicker. This product is certainly making a difference in my hair.
