    Sound quality was horrible, main reason I bought it. Sounded like a small gas engine was running in the background. Tested on multiple desktops to verify it wasn't my computer. Video is also not 4k quality.

    I felt the quality was lacking for what I've come to expect at that resolution, especially when compared to other 4k webcams. I don't know enough about cameras or webcams to even begin to figure out why that is, just that it isn't quite what I was expecting.

    The camera produces photos that look decent, but it struggles to adjust to various lighting conditions. With natural midday, lighting coming in from a window, it tends to produce very overexposed photos. It does better with artificial lighting, although the photos come out grainy and lack the clarity. Photos taken were at the stated 4k and 8mp specs, with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.

    BOTTOM LINE:
    The Gnolkee webcam isn't the web cam for me. I struggled to get good image and video quality with it, especially during regular midday lighting conditions. It has a very wide angle lens which may be appealing to you. One thing I did like about the Gnolkee, was that it doesn't have the USB cord tethered to it like most other webcams do. Instead, it includes two different USB cables that you can use to connect the webcam to your PC. One cable is USB-2.0, the other is USB-3.0. Overall, this camera is priced pretty high compared to similar webcams that are available for less, and didn't quite meet my expectations. 3-stars.

    I needed a new camera for work while working from home. This was a much better quality for my computer and setup was pretty quick and easy. It automatically adjusted the camera for me so I don't have to mess with the settings. Meetings go perfectly smooth, the visual display is a great quality and im heard clearly. I like the privacy shutter for when im not in meetings. Clips securely to my desk top screen and works better than expected. Very happy.

    I thought this would be junk compared to my Logitech but i was wrong. in fact the picture quality is about the same for a cam that cost triple what this one did. Pretty impressed that it was plug and play and streamlabs obs picked it up on default at 4k resolution. if it turns out to be trash i will update my post but so far it packs a pretty nice punch for 50$
