About this ebook

Some cases stay with you longer than others. This is one of them for Detective Kate Morgan. That poor child was the worst part. Plus it’s one thing to desecrate a church, but it’s quite another to commit murder in one—particularly in this manner. Confused, but knowing she must understand the psychology of this killer before she can understand where his next killing ground will take place, Kate buries herself in the case.

Simon is trying to be there to support Kate, but his own world shifts when he’s asked to step in to analyze issues in a poker buddy’s company, only to have the guy commit suicide soon afterward. Or did he? Between his buddy’s issues and the horrific nightmares Simon’s dealing with—surrounding Kate and her latest investigation—Simon’s life is slowing unravelling too.

Finding the killer is paramount. … Finding him before he annihilates another family? Well, that’s a much harder job. Kate has no choice. … She must stop him before he kills yet again …

“Normally a serial killer appeases part of whatever it is that needs appeasing when they kill, and then they’ll stop. Kate Morgan is on a case that is just baffling the mind. This story is twisted and definitely a page turner. The clues aren’t adding up. Simon is also dealing with some craziness on his end along with visions from the killer. These murders are horrific. This series keeps getting better and I look forward to every new entry. I love the way Simon and Kates relationship has progr

his series is constantly changing and evolving. Kate our Detective and Simon, Kates partner who gets images. They are building a relationship. Kates relationship with her fellow officers is solidifying and through it all there are bodies. Being found in churches. The red herring and twists in this one were excellent. While all this is happening there are also things taking place with Simon. Jam packed intrigue, mystery and connections. Thank you for the arc. I freely volunteer my thoughts

Another gripping story in Dale Mayer's "Simon Says" series. Kate didn't want to believe in Simon's psychic powers, it went against everything that she had previously believed, everything that her training had instilled in her but she had to admit, she desperately needed any help that Simon could throw her way on this latest case. Detective Kate Morgan starred at the three bodies nailed to crosses in a catholic church but her horrified gaze was drawn to the middle one. a small, emaciated, abused

About the author

Dale Mayer is a USA Today bestselling author who writes for the young, the old and those in-between – no matter what the age. Some of her books are hot, some are sweet. Some will keep you up at night with a light on to keep the boogie man away and some you’ll want to cuddle close.

She’s long given up on trying to fit a specific genre. Instead she honors the stories that come to her – and some of them are crazy, break all the rules and cross multiple genres!

And that’s okay too.

There is one guarantee with each book – it will be a great read – each and every time.
