I was in a position where I needed various kitchen utensils on a strict budget. I thought these would be just the ticket. I was wrong. I would've been far better off buying a better quality set, or individual pieces, at a higher price...something that is durable and would last. Because I'll likely be replacing several of these pieces after a very short time.These utensils are very cheaply made from flimsy materials (despite what the description says) and I doubt they'll hold up to much use.The blade fell out of the cheese knife while I was washing it right after unpacking. And pay attention when washing and be sure to let all the water drain out of the handles. Some of the items, the spoons and turners mostly, are adequate...except for water remaining in the handles after washing. Everything else is pretty much junk.Most all of the handles have some fairly sharp edges on them as do the edges of the spoons and turners. Not likely sharp enough to cut skin but sharp enough to be uncomfortable. And definitely sharp enough to easily damage certain cookware...including the seasoning on cast iron.I'm almost afraid to use the peeler. It's another piece that came apart out of the box. One side that holds the blade in place was bent and the tab the holds the blade in place was able to fall out. I had to bend the side back in place in order to make this piece serviceable.I'd say the best use for these utensils would be as a kitchen decoration...hang them on the wall and use something else to cook with. Most of them do look pretty nice. But looks, in this case, are deceiving.This is exactly the kind of crap that gives "Made in China" a well-deserved reputation for poor quality.Do yourself a favor and buy something else.***UPDATED***I haven't really changed my opinion of the quality of these utensils. However, I was contacted by the seller and they wen't above and beyond to make this experience better for me. I'm very impressed with their prompt attention to my concerns.They do look good on the wall.

Best value for the money. Overall I've give them a 6 out of 10. They are stamp steel, they are the bare thickness to make them usable but they are flimsy. If your rough with your cookware, don't buy these. You will break or bend them. Otherwise I like them. Almost all the pieces will fit in the holder at once, but I only placed the ones I use most often.
