Nice rollers, but beware quality control!!

Nice rollers, but beware quality control!!
I really like these rollers so far, after maybe two hours of usage. The free-motion fore/aft rocking is nice. The drums seem strong (no flex, squeaks, or sketchiness under my 220 lbs) and grip my tires nicely. Riding a gravel bike with tiny knob tires. The size adjustment was preset to the right size for my bike (1040-1060mm axle to axle).I would rate five stars, but mine arrived missing a rivet which pins the plastic block that holds one side of the front roller onto the frame. Easily fixed with the right size pop rivet (3/16" or 5mm diameter, 1/8" material width), but this really shouldn't have made it past quality control. Annoying when expanding/collapsing the unit, and potentially dangerous while riding!

1.0 out of 5 stars Unbelievable
Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2023
This was supposed to be brand new. Opened the box and first thing I saw was the packaging was already ripped. Started taking out the pieces and everything is covered in Styrofoam bits. No instruction manual. Considered letting it slide, but them realized I can't even use it since the belt has been stretched and I need a replacement 😑 very disappointment, I will be returning

3.0 out of 5 stars WARNING! Does NOT fit 45" wheelbase!
Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2019
The rollers look nice and are well engineered. Now my problem begins...

Nowhere on the Amazon website do I find any information that says these rollers have a limit on the max length of the wheelbase of the bicycle. My bike has a 45" wheelbase. There is even an "answered question" on the Amazon website that says the product works with a 45" wheelbase w/ 29" wheels (which is approx 1145mm).

When assembling the rollers, the instructions state that the max wheelbase is 1100mm. (See photo) That is 45mm less than my wheelbase. Setting my bike on the rollers, I calculate that the centerline of my bike's front wheel extends past the centerline of the front roller by approx 30mm. Is this safe?

The dynamic moment of my front wheel will be to roll forward off the rollers. The instructions are clear. The Amazon website is not. See photo.
