I tried this kit after the reading the reviews. Acrylic does not set so fast which gives you time to shape and clean the nail. Only bad thing is the kit came with glue that was completely dried/empty. You will most likely have to purchase glue separate. This acrylic is great and a lot better than other brands I’ve tried that come in a kit. Love it.

I bought this nail kit out of desperation because of the stay-at-home order from Covid. I've been getting my nails done for years so I've seen it done and figured I could try to do it myself. There's very little instruction but at least there's YouTube. Everything that I needed was in the bag except for an electric nail Dremel. I did have one of those so that made it much easier. I have no complaints about this product. The mistakes that I made were my mistakes and they ended up coming out pretty well.

The kit was decent considering it was my first time. Just a warning that the pink acrylic isn’t opaque, it’s more clear than anything. There’s only enough monomer for 1 set. The brush isn’t the best, the hairs were falling out and it was hard to work with. The top coat isn’t a gel top coat so keep that in mind. Overall the kit was good enough but I’ll be buying supplies from other companies.

I like the system overall. However, the acrylic brush sucks. The hairs of the brush are very flimsy and thick. Which made the application of the acrylic a bit difficult. This kit is more so for short nails. Not enough liquid monomer for long nails. I do love the nail primer it works well. I actually applied it twice on my nail beds before I applied the acrylic to guarantee no lifting. Also the nail glue is great. Next time I would just order the acrylic and monomer separately in a larger size.

There isn’t a lot of monomer but it’s enough to do at least 2 sets so I would suggest buying a separate bigger bottle soon after this purchase or before the next time you do your nails so you don’t run out. The powder and liquid was easy to work with and the monomer doesn’t have a super strong smell. Very light in odor! I’m definatly sold on MIA secrets and will be purchasing more! Don’t hesitate if your a beginner this is an awesome buy.
