One of the standout features of this countertop dishwasher is its compact size, which fits perfectly in my small kitchen without taking up much space. The setup was a breeze, and I was impressed with how user-friendly the controls are. I appreciated the variety of wash cycles available, allowing me to customize each load based on the level of cleaning required.
Despite its size, this dishwasher offers surprising capacity, comfortably accommodating dishes for a small family or a gathering of friends. The adjustable racks make it easy to fit in different sizes and types of dishes, including plates, glasses, and even pots and pans.
What truly impressed me, though, was its cleaning performance. The dishwasher effectively removes stubborn food particles and grime, leaving dishes spotless and ready to use again. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the machine operates, allowing me to run it even during quiet moments at home.
The energy efficiency of this countertop dishwasher is also worth mentioning. It not only saves water compared to manual washing, but it also uses less electricity, which aligns well with my efforts to lead a more environmentally conscious lifestyle.
In conclusion, I can confidently say that the countertop dishwasher has transformed my kitchen routine. It's compact, efficient, and dependable, making dishwashing a hassle-free task. If you're looking for a convenient and effective solution to streamline your kitchen chores, I highly recommend giving this dishwasher a try!
If you're planning to use the faucet connector, skip the rest of the review after this paragraph. What everyone should know is that this is a very effective dishwasher, perfect for someone living alone. The rack is pretty well designed, and I generally have no problem fitting dishes in. Although it only shoots water from the bottom, a ladle that has food all over it will get cleaned all around. I've put casserole dishes in with a little burnt food, and it was perfectly cleaned. I'm able to fit all size Instant Pots in as well. I also really like the "cup rack" that's a little elevated: I can fit longer pieces across the two racks, and the slotted design makes it really easy to fit cutlery up there as well. Thus, I often leave out the cutlery rack to make space for larger dishes. Overall, this dishwasher perfectly met my needs!
With regards to installation, I had the unique situation where my sink did not fit the adapter so I wanted to do a "permanent" install (i.e. install the same way as my previous dishwasher). Unfortunately it is really hard to find the sizes of the hoses/nozzles, so it took a bit of trial and error. However, if anyone is interested in doing this install here's what you need to know:
* For the water intake, I got a universal dishwasher kit. I have a 3/8" hose running from my hot water line and a 3/4" adapter (I honestly do not know if it's garden hose or FIP or what, but I think it's standard?)
* For the drain line, I used the hose that came with the dishwasher. The end that connects to the dishwasher is very weird (I think it was 1/2" flare?) but the other end is much more standard, 1/2 FIP iirc. However, in order to get it to connect to my air gap I did have to go through a few adapters as my end goal was to have a barb connector
Once I finally was able to get all the right adapters, get thread sealant on everything, and got my dishwasher running, everything worked perfectly! Also, if connecting it to your water supply I do recommend connecting it to the hot water line as your water heater is more efficient at heating water than this dishwasher would be.
Overall, this is a perfect dishwasher for someone living alone. Despite not being meant for a "permanent" install, after getting the right adapters everything has worked smoothly. The rack is well-made and has a good cup rack that can replace the cutlery rack to save space. It can fit all sizes of the Instant Pot inner pot, and it's had no trouble cleaning burnt food from a casserole dish. Would recommend!
PROS
- this is the only portable dishwasher with a viewing window so you can take a peek at any time.
- this machine allows you to add water manually (about 5.4L) at the top without ever worrying if the machine connects to your faucet or not (no professional install required).
- this portable machine fits in between our countertop and our cabinet, so make sure you get the right measurements before purchase.
- comes in different modes which includes fruit washing and baby bottle washing (very convenient for parents)
CONS
- at half the price of a standard dishwasher, it is somewhat pricey, but it gets the job done.
- it doesn't wash as much dishes as other portable dishwashers without a viewing window
- the major con is that when you prefill the dishwasher from the top, it is impossible to avoid spilling it all over the top.
- there is no child safety lock, which means you can open the dishwasher door at any time.
- the inside light turns off after a minute or two and there's no way to turn it back on during the wash.
TIPS:
- only buy from Amazon as the seller and shipper to ensure an authentic machine
- the machine may arrive slightly wet prior to first use - this is normal as the company states they test all machines prior to selling it.
- the machine takes dishwasher gel (I recommend the Cascade Complete gel) AND dishwasher pods, but I recommend the dishwasher gel because the machine takes a precise amount and you get more bang for your buck. Another bonus is you don't have to worry about the pod not dissolving completely. Also keep in mind that the pods are designed for standard size dishwashers, so it may be overkill for a portable dishwasher. I have not noticed any unused dishwasher gel or white residue on any of my washes. Lastly, the machine is not equipped for rinse aid.
- I do not recommend using regular dish soap. Invest in the above options.
- make sure you turn on air refresh mode which means after your dishes are done, it will dry the dishes with the included fan for at least 15 minutes.
- Even though the dishwasher preheats the water, I recommend loading it with hot tap water in order to save time
- the tank capacity is roughly 5.4L or 3 full pitchers (pitcher included with purchase). Even if you overfill it a little, the machine will dump the extra out prior to the wash
- wash the filters once a month (instructions are found in the manual).
- make sure you don't block the bottom of the dishwasher or else it won't wash properly.
- make sure you don't overload the dishwasher and the door closes on its own, otherwise if you have to forcibly close it then you will encounter a leak like other reviewers.
Overall, this is a premium product and it was a solid buy. No regrets. It's been almost 2 months and the machine is in tip top shape, no errors like some others have mentioned. I will update this review after 6 months and then 1 year later, so stay tuned! As long as you take care of the dishwasher, it will take care of you.
6 MONTHS UPDATE:
It's been six months and the dishwasher is still running smooth like a charm. I wash almost twice daily. No issues so far, no E1 codes. As long as you don't overfill the dishwasher with plates/cups/utensils and making sure you don't have to forcibly close the dishwasher door, it should continue to work just fine. Make sure to clean the filter at the bottom of the machine at least once a month because there is food debris buildup from multiple washes.

I’ve had this dishwasher for a few days now, but I’ll be back to update this review should anything relevant come up.
So, number one, it’s a great dishwasher. I’ve been using dishwasher pods and stuffing it as full as I can, and the dishes have all come out dry and spotless; no residue. It operates very quietly, with the exception of the periodic water draining, which can be a bit loud but only lasts for a few seconds. Overall the machine is pretty silent. The machine isn’t too heavy, but is sturdy. It’s much larger than a microwave, and I knew this beforehand, but it was still deceivingly large.
Installation was a bit of a headache. The dishwasher comes with an adapter for your kitchen faucet. If your faucet is a pull-out/ pull-down type then it will likely not fit. Unscrewing the head to connect directly to the hose will not work either as the manufacturers use a non-standard thread pitch.
The easiest solution is to actually do a bit of simple plumbing (don’t be alarmed!). I bought a “water line” with a 3/4” “garden hose connection” on one end and a 3/8” connection on the other; and I also bought a 3/8” 3-way tee connector fitting. Attach the garden hose water line to the tee connector (on the 3/8” side), and then attach the tee fitting to your hot water line under your kitchen faucet. Be sure to use Teflon tape to prevent leaks. The 3/4” garden hose side attaches to the dishwasher. The dishwasher’s drainage hose can be hooked up to the drainage pipe under the sink or can simply sit in the sink. All in all it should take about 10 minutes of work and $30 in parts. Still better than washing dishes by hand!
3-month update: still working like a beauty and my life is still 8,000% better now that I don’t wash dishes
