Firstly, it's louder than I would expect. You can barely hear the built in sounds on any setting other than max volume over the motor noise. On top of that, the Bluetooth streaming doesn't work, the website says they're working on it, but it's been like that for a while now, and apparently they're already on Firmware version 4.0. Secondly the recline angle adjustment is sticky and requires a lot of force to move. Ours scratches the curved aluminum piece on the bottom, not sure if it's supposed to be this tough and clunky, but it feels cheap or broken and not easy to adjust as often as we need to. Overall, not what I'd expect for a product at this price point.
