I did not like Hadleigh. She couldn’t make up her mind and tried to play the victim by saying Knox was giving her mixed signals. He could’ve been more direct about his feelings but he wasn’t giving mixed at all. She was. And then she f***s his brother in front of him saying she wants both and is hurt when Knox didn’t stop it. Like dude, all he sees is you can’t make up your mind and then your blowing his brother in his bed without saying who you want except that you clearly want his brother just to fulfill a fantasy. She doesn’t grovel!! And everyone and their brother acted like Knox was an ass and in the wrong! She basically gaslights him into thinking he effed up and gd that whole part really ruined her character and the story for me. I already didn’t really like her because it seemed like she was only entertaining Kane because he was hot and wanted her and was safe meanwhile she’s had a crush on Knox forever and hello! they’re identical so her banging Kane just felt gross, didn’t fit for the story and the author only threw it in for the smut.
Hadleigh: Are you fucking joking right now? You agreed to it! I was waiting for you to stop me or say you didn’t want me to screw him, but you only pouted until you joined us!
Knox: You were seconds away from fucking him on my bed. What’d you expect me to do? Stay and watch?
Hadleigh: Speak up. Fight for me. Show me you were ready for something serious.
Knox: I wanted you to pick me. Tell me you wanted me as much as I wanted you. Say you were mine and admit how you really felt. I shouldn’t have to convince you not to fuck my brother.
Hadleigh: God! You’re impossible! You were all about it and telling me what to do to him. Now you’re backpedaling?
Knox: Yeah, well I’m sober and thinking with a straight mind. At the time, I thought you were gonna tell me you wanted me, but you didn’t. So I’m walking away. It was fun while it lasted. You’re free to do whatever the hell you want now.

This was actually my first Kennedy Fox book and it didn't disappoint. I love me a cowboy romance, but this one....THIS ONE RIGHT HERE. *hot*
This is a love triangle which is a trope I typically stay away from, but this just sounded so good that I had to give it a try and it didn't disappoint. I thought it was written very well and it didn't make me feel bad for the brother that she doesn't choose. I just thought it was tastefully done.
The thr33some scene was something I never knew I needed and I am here for all of it. It was so good and I just loved the characters so much.

This has been my least favourite book by Kennedy Fox. I think this story could have been handled so much better with more depth. Going by early reciews, I'm alone in this thought. I didn't like Hadleigh, and I wasn't fond of how Kane's character devloped. I actually like Knox but when it came to a certain scene, I was disappointed. I think the only redeeming part of this story was the epilogue. I didn't find this romantic, even the sex scenes just became a long dragged out adult film. There was no emotions. Even all the family imput didn't feel real, their attitude to it all didn't read credible. I think if this writing duo wanted to branch out to a different writing style, then maybe do it under a different pen name. I have read nearly everything this duo has written, and I am beyond disappointed about this story, since I had such expectations which weren't met. Definitely didn't feel like a Bishop family story.

for some reason, i wasn’t too into claiming the cowboy like i thought i would. i have been waiting for the conclusion of hadleigh, knox, and kane for a while now. who she ends up with will be revealed in this book. i thought hadleigh would be more torn apart by the twin brothers but turns out, she’s pretty aware of her feelings and knows who she likes more. of course this created some problems between the twin brothers but knox and kane managed to be mature about it, for the most part. they respected hadleigh’s decision.
now, for the next book, it’s about the brother who didn’t end up with hadleigh and it’s with but i think nobody would make a big fuss about it since it’s circle b ranch and everybody is supportive of everyone’s romance. maybe i’ll be the only awkward one.

The tension! The kinks! ALL THE FREAKING FEELS!! This book had it all! A piercing south of the border on Knox and a girl figuring out her feelings for the twins! You grow with the characters in this book and watch them find who they are!

These ladies have done it again! I was unsure if I would enjoy a book with a love triangle, however I just couldn't put it down! The angst was perfect, and omg the heat had me burning from the inside out...🔥🔥🔥 Knox and Hadleigh have it all! I think they might have taken the top spot as my favorite Circle B Ranch couple!

not a fan
I’ve devoured this series. I’m one of those reader that will reread any book I love. I’ve reread this series. I was excited about this one. I wanted it so badly and that should have been my first clue. Usually when I wait on pins and needles for a book I get horrible let down ( my personal experience ). I hated Hadleigh. I felt like she played those two against each other WAYYYY too much all the while saying she didn’t want to come between them. I’m all for fantasies but I truly love the ALPHA. That one particular moment, Knox stopped being and alpha. A real Alpha could NEVAAAA. I’m all about heat but nope. Then she wants to clear the air because they “needed it”. No they didn’t she needed to boss up and tell them she wanted Knox. How the hell could he look at her after this and not see her ….. I hate the double standard sometimes. If Knox did what she did, we would hate him. Such a disappointment
Update: I hated this book so much I can’t bring myself to read the rest of the series. He watched her suck his brother off. Then he kissed her. But she loves him not Kane. She been knew that. Yet he’s the bad guy. Think this book goes in my hot trash pile. Months later I’m still mad. So now that Kane ends up with her sister is she going to want a twin sandwich too.

I think any male MC named Knox is meant to knock our socks off, and this book was no different.

Holy fuck, the rumors are all true: this is KF's steamiest book to date!! Imma need this level of smut for eternity now in their books. 🤣🤣
I'm always nervous when it comes to love triangles, but this was executed SO well. I genuinely loved both brothers and for a while I was hoping this would just turn into a MFM, but I get why Knox would always be the number one brother for Haleigh. I loved that he got the girl he was always too afraid to want, and everything just fell into place so perfectly and effortlessly. Plus that little tease for Kanes next book with who his heroine is has me begging for time to speed up!
This is easily one of my favorite books from this duo! The emotions are top notch, the steam is off the charts, plus there was some genuinely funny moments as well! Trust me, yall don't want to miss out on this!!
**for the safety squad: yes, there is a threesome, but not only is it insanely hot, it's also a pivotal moment for everyone involved. So don't look over this book just because of that one scene. Even though it's one I'm going to revisit from time to time. 🥵

Wow - Just WOW! Kennedy Fox poured their heart and soul into this book!
Claiming the Cowboy is a love triangle story and features Hadleigh and her best friends, Knox and Kane, who happen to be twins.
Let me start off by saying I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to read this one because love triangles ALWAYS get to me. On top of that, I've read this entire series to date so I've met these three, fell in love with these three and want to see happy endings for all of them.
Y'all! Once I started, I didn't want to stop! It's angsty AF and it's hot AF! (And I don't give away spoilers so I'm not going to dive into what happens.)
Kennedy Fox took a trope that I tend to steer clear of (not because I hate them but I hate how emotionally attached I get to ALL the characters) and made this one of my favorite stories in the series!
Then there is that teaser for the next story in the series! It has me contemplating bribery for an earlier release.
I can't recommend The Circle B Ranch Series enough. It's a second generation series but you really don't have to read the first generation to enjoy this series. (Although they are fun too!)

There's angst, plenty of scorching heat, drama, off-the-charts chemistry, witty banter, suspense, heartbreak, and a guaranteed happily ever after.

Claiming the Cowboy is the seventh title in the Circle B Ranch series, and whilst I’ve been eager for this title, I was also a little apprehensive as I knew it was going to feature a love triangle with Knox, Kane and Hadleigh.
I shouldn’t have been concerned as I was thoroughly captivated by this angst ridden, steamy, drama filled romance. I adored the witty banter and interactions that the characters share, and I loved the cameos from the original generations of Bishop’s and this generations cousins who appear throughout the title.
I loved the sneak peak we got at the next title and will be eagerly awaiting it’s release.

I loved it!
The steam and the chemistry is 🔥🔥 for Knox and Hadleigh. I felt bad for Kane but everything happens for a reason. The piercing and the 3some wow. Another great book about the Bishops and the Circle B ranch. I think this might be my favourite so far!

A fun, sweet and hot love triangle; which twin will she choose?
I’m a huge fan of these authors and I’ve loved all the previous books in this series and this is one of the stories I’ve been anticipating the most; how will Hadleigh choose between Knox and Kane?
Hadleigh is a nurse and loves her job but her love life is almost nonexistent. Kane has always been her best friend and he’s sweet and loyal but his twin Knox is the love em and leave em type. Hadleigh promises to bid for them both in the annual bachelor auction but after winning Knox she’s short on cash and doesn’t have enough for Kane.
Kane has been in love with his best friend since high school but has never plucked up the courage to do anything about it. Knowing that his twin brother will be going on a date with her is just the incentive he needs to finally ask Hadleigh out but is it too late?
Knox has never minded having the reputation for being a ladies’ man and certainly lives up to it. He’s been around Hadleigh all his life and has never made a move on her out of respect to his brother as the whole town knows he has it bad for her. When Hadleigh kisses him at the end of their date, it stirs something inside Knox that he’s never felt before and he’s not sure what to do about it.

I’m so glad to have received this as an ARC because all the teasers I was seeing were making me really want to read it and not wait! I was definitely pleased with how the story turned out. Some characters had their moments of not making the best decisions but I’m glad everyone figured their own stuff out in time.
I love all Kennedy Fox books and this is one is just another to love! Can’t wait for Tempting the Cowboy!

So . . . I make no qualms about my opinion on sharing and love triangles. I hate them. I avoid them if I can. I knew going into this story that it was a love triangle but I did it anyways because I love this world and I couldn't get myself to skip it. Well . . . I didn't hate it like I thought I would. I think that is because it was never a question of who Hadleigh would end up with. It is a dual POV book so you know who she ends up with pretty quickly but then her actions also tell me very early who she would end up with. Which leads me to Hadleigh, she rubbed me wrong. She knew who she wanted all along and led the other one on because she was scared of rejection. Not cool, especially when you accuse the other of the same thing and call them your best friends. It all worked out in the end with no one's feelings hurt but her actions irked me and I did think less of her. And the spoiler cringe scene did happen but that is a me issue. Overall I really enjoyed this book and am glad that I forced myself to read it. I would say 3.75 stars for this one.

Another fantastic read from Kennedy Fox!! Hadleigh & Knox Bishop’s story was really good! Love all the steaminess these 2 brought! This story was unique as she was torn between two gorgeous twin brothers!! Definitely go one click this today!!

Ok ok I knew what I was getting into from all the teasing KF did on the socials but boy any kind of situation where someone makes moves on a person when they know a friend/sibling has feelings for the said person always makes me feel super bad. So that whole side of the book made me so mad/iffy, even if I did like the heroine with Knox better and they were the right fit, I'm just never okay with these kinds of situations. But don't worry, everything works out in the end, all is good with everyone and everyone gets their HEA and ends up with the right person for them. I'm actually super excited for the next book, I saw that coming from the start eheh.
Taking my issue with the whole situation aside, I really had fun with a lot of parts in this book. It was superrrr steamy, and you just never have a bad time hanging out with the Bishop family. I totally think Hadleigh took advantage of the whole situation; it was clear she only had feelings for one twin, she just didn't want to hurt the other which somehow was even more messed up, but at least it made for one killer sex scene.
Apart from the whole love triangle and how every vertice was at fault somehow, I did really like all three of the MCs. I liked getting to know Hadleigh and seeing her relationship with her bestie from her POV which allowed us to get a lot of the previous couple, and also get more of her sister. I loved seeing Jackson and Kiera as parents and how their past and experiences helped Knox figure out his feelings. I enjoyed watching Kane and Knox work out the issue and see their twin bond. I'm very excited for the next book and to see how that all plays out!

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
Early morning feedings, barn clean up, and chasing goats are Knox Bishop's everyday routine. That changes when a bachelor auction bring him face to face with the world's most forbidden fruit-his twin brother's crush. He shouldn't tempt her, but the way her body reacts to his makes it too easy. Hadleigh has known the Bishop twins all her life and they've never crossed the lines. That is until she fools around with Know and learn he has a piercing south of the border. A piercing she very much enjoys licking. She knows his main hobby consists of random weekend hookups, but she can't get the taste of him off her mind. Admitting what she feels wouldn't be so difficult if Kane Bishop hasn't just confessed his feeling for her too. Now she finds herself wedged between two brothers-one she could break and one who could break her.
I was so excited to get this book in my hands!!!! Who doesn't want to read about the Bishop twins. If you have been reading this series since Hitching the Cowboy, then you know exactly what I am talking about. If you haven't started the series from the beginning you can read this one as a standalone but I promise you are not going to want the books in front of Claiming the Cowboy. This series is one of my favorite ones that Kennedy Fox has written. These cowboy's and their ladies will really steal your heart. Just from reading the previous books though, I knew that Knox, Kane and Hadleigh would be pure fire!!! They do not disappoint.
For as long as I have been reading this series Kane has had a thing for Hadleigh, but one bachelor auctions which is huge event on the farm. If you have read from the beginning the character's in this book are interconnected and we have known that the Bishop twins had a thing for Hadleigh from the beginning. But Kane has never really told Hadleigh how he feels deep down inside besides them being best friends. Knox and Hadleigh are pure fire from the beginning of this book all through the entire thing. There are emotions flying all over the place. Choices to be made and a whole lot on the line and I don't know how to tell you about anything in this book and not give something away. You just need to grab it and enjoy the wild wild ride. This book has to be my favorite in the entire series and I've tried not to pick between them but this one is just pure fire and magic and a must read!!!

Kennedy Fox always brings a hotness factor to their books, but I was not prepared for the level of steam in this installment of the Circle B Ranch series. And after reading Claiming the Cowboy, I can easily say that this by far was the hottest, sexiest read from this duo to date! Kane, Knox, and Hadleigh brought so much spiciness to the ranch, as they navigated their way through this love triangle.
We all know that Kane has been in love with his best friend Hadleigh for what feels like forever, but has always been too scared to tell her how he feels and make his move. But after she bids on Knox at the auction and wins a date with him (and didn't have enough to bid on Kane as well).....things start to change. After their date, you can tell that there's an attraction between Knox and Hadleigh, and this gives Kane the urge he needed to tell Hadleigh how he feels. But one of the twins was the perfect match for her, because there was just that spark and chemistry between them, more so than the other. She matched him on so many levels (they both had a dirty mouth and were a little kinky!) and could be open with him in a way she couldn't with the other ....and even though it took her a while to come to that realization, I never had a doubt who she was going to choose.
And that little setup for the next trip to the ranch......sign me up! I can't wait to see how that plays out!

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.
It's finally here - after seeing Hadleigh be around the twins Knox and Kane since practically the beginning of this series, we finally find out what happens with this trio. My anticipation was through the roof throughout this very dramatic novel! I was a bit surprised during some parts, not going to lie. This is definitely different than the other novels Kennedy Fox has wrote in the past. I'm very happy with the outcome, but getting there was a bit torturous and hair pulling. I definitely had words with these characters when they made frustrating decisions, haha.
I loved seeing the whole Bishop family - I've read every book that involves these characters, but keeping them straight in my head is getting a bit crowded, so I had to refresh on who was with who, who had what kid - I can't imagine being the author and remembering it all!
I'm very glad I got the chance to read this novel and I cannot wait for the next masterpiece in this series!!!

Knox seems to be way too cocky for his own good. Hadleigh gets the shock of her life. We hear their two voices throughout the book. There’s a third character that is important to them but most of our impressions are through their eyes. It took me a while to understand why but that was a good thing.
This is a standalone and that’s good for you. It gives you a chance to experience this ranch as a newcomer or as a fan. We don’t think of those that live outside our little place in the world – other than what we hear in the news. Books like this give us the fantasy of what others lives might be like. Sometimes there are authors that comes along that even have you wishing that you could visit the place they are writing about.
Our authors made it very easy to get lost in their world. Once I got started, it was very hard to put the book down. Hadleigh made a choice that some may not feel comfortable with but just give this a chance. The authors didn’t create any scenes that seem forced or unbelievable. Love develops over time and this came through to the benefit of our main characters. But there was that third person that left me wanting to see his happily ever after and I will get that chance very soon.

Ever since I met Jackson Bishop in Keeping Him and finding out about his twin boy I knew I needed their story. If they were going to be anything like their father then I was going to have to meet them haha. So when I found out that Knox and Kane where getting books I was over the moon. In this book we get Knox’s story and get to see him shine in all his glory haha.
We also get to meet his love Hadleigh, who he has known forever, but for some reason has never seen her in that way until now. Their book is not as hell and does include heaps of Spicy bits. We also get to see some of the original bishops and some more from the beginning of this series again.
I absolutely loved this book and this series. It again has been knocked out of the park girls and I can not wait for the next one in the series!

Hadleigh has known the Bishop twins, Kane and Knox all her life with Kane being her best friend. They have never been anything more than just friends even though Kane would like it to be. It's time for the annual bachelor auction and since both the twins are single, there's no getting out of it. Hadleigh bids and wins Knox but doesn't have enough money for Kane. She ends up fooling around with Knox and they really have some sparks but he's known for playing the field.
When Kane finally tells Hadleigh how he feels about her she is torn. How do you choose without hurting one and who knows if the other likes her as much as she likes him.

4.5 stars Not many people can make a love triangle between twin brothers so compulsively readable that I could barely put it down, but the dynamic duo of Kennedy Fox have done exactly that. I've been waiting for the twins story for a while and I was blown away by how much connection there was between the couple. For sure this book will suck you and won't let you go until it's shaken all the emotions out of you. I never want to leave this world, honestly. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.

They did it again!
HOT! HOT! HOT! That is the only way to describe their steamiest book to date. I loved Hadleigh, Knox & Kane's journey to figuring out who they truly love. Hadleigh gave as good as she got and she didn't take any crap. Lot's of twists and turns and plenty of steam. I also love how you get to see what has been going on in the lives of the other members of the Bishop family from past books.
Makes you want to move to a small town that auctions off HOT Cowboys for charity.
Can't wait for Book #8, is it June yet??

HOLY. Yall. I have been reading Kennedy Fox since the Checkmate series came out. This story between Hadleigh and Knox was one of the spiciest books I have EVER had the pleasure of reading. At first, I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the dynamic between the two brothers being in love with the same girl. Luckily, it was all resolved and I fell in love with Hadleigh and Knox's love story. If you are a fan of love triangles, truly steamy scenes, and just a good love story, I would definatly pick this book up!

Wow this was unexpected!!! I didn’t expect the fire coming out of these two!!! For a minute it seemed like it was going to be an issue party of 3 but I loved how everything was resolved without any drama. And then the couple *fans self* were on fire!!! Who would have known that these two are perfect for each other. They had their back and forty’s and stubborn moments until the hero finally told her how he really felt. They had great banters and lots of hot moments together. Epilogue epic!!

My favorite so far and oh so hot! Since Hadleigh and Kane have been best friends forever, I wasn’t sure how a Knox and Hadleigh relationship was going to work. These two did not disappoint. I loved every second of this book. The chemistry between them was off the charts and so steamy. I’m already looking forward to Kane’s book next.
