It's great, but the lifetime warranty is difficult (updated).
Update 6/27/2023After attempting to submit a form for the return and getting nothing. I sent an email to customer support and they started to help me. No one got my form so I had to do it all over again, I had to send a photo and video of the break, proof of purchase from Amazon. They wanted me to purchase one from their site and then they would refund my purchase but my credit cards wouldn't work on their site because it's Chinese. I received word today that they are shipping me a replacement. Due to this, I am changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars because it is a great little tripod for many practical purposes.I really like this MantisPod Pro but the thing that actually made it such a great vlogging tripod broke off when I was rotating the microphone from my subject back to me. I contacted PGYTech using the link in the footer of their page. It takes you to a Typeform and you fill out a bunch of information and include your broken part photo. Then...nothing. No response, no estimation on repair or replacement. Just nothing. So I guess this part is just broken now and it's too expensive to buy another one. It's a shame too, it was one of my favorite tools until it broke.And now I'm suspicious of the brand. I have quite a few PGYTech things now, it's my entire quick-release system for all of my gear. Should I stop doing that?

The Mantispod Pro is certainly very well made.
The only real issue I have is regarding using your existing Arca Swiss plates.
The Mantispod quick connect works perfectly with my SmallRig cage (which has built-in Arca Swiss), but I also have a NiceyRig bracket which doesn't work at all.
The problem is with the little security post in the Mantipod mount - it doesn't allow the NiceyRig to sit in the plate so it won't latch.
Not the end of the world, I can use the quick-release plate that came with the Mantispod, but I'd have preferred not to have to.
The photo shows the SmallRig cage mounted to MantisPod.

Color: Mantispod ProVerified Purchase
I got this paired with the beetle clip because it made it so easy to bring around. I feel much more motivated to capture footage for vlogs with this because of how easy it is to use, it also fits in my sling without too much trouble.
I like the ball head mount a lot too, the smartphone mount is stored in one of the legs of the tripod and adjusts so easily too. What’s nice is that I could take this ball head mount to mount my phone to the cold shoe of my camera for some POV footage too.
I was a little worried that this tripod would be front heavy since a lot of mirrorless cameras get that way, but mounting the pivot of the ball head mount towards the back really acts like a lens collar to balance the load of the camera. The camera sat much more stable from then. I’m really excited to use this a lot more. It was kind of pricier than other tripods, but the compact versatility it offers is really what you’re paying for.
I like the ball head mount a lot too, the smartphone mount is stored in one of the legs of the tripod and adjusts so easily too. What’s nice is that I could take this ball head mount to mount my phone to the cold shoe of my camera for some POV footage too.

Color: Mantispod ProVerified Purchase
My hats off to PGYTECH for designing such a versatile tripod! I’ve been using mine for a little over 5 months now and what a game changer! I literally take it everywhere with me and use it all the time.
One of the most interesting features is that the screw under the base plate not only has a knurl (see photo), enabling me to tighten the screw using only my fingers, but it also has thrust needle roller bearings which means my equipment doesn’t get unscrewed if my it happens to rotate, regardless of direction. It’s like magic!
What I also use a lot are the 2 buttons on the side which enable me to make super quick adjustments on the fly. I can change it from “low mode” to “reg mode” (see photo) or I can extend “handheld mode” by relocating the head to the extra slot hidden at end of the big leg. This gives me a wider angle.
The hook feature is such a great idea! It pops right out from under the big leg which is where the iPhone clamp is also stored. I use it most often when recording in my kitchen. It takes me no time to hang this on my kitchen cabinets (see photo). This gives me a nice aerial view when producing cooking videos.
I have absolutely no doubt that this will outlast all of my other tripods.
