I've been using the web app for about two years now. The web app works ok. But in order to access the rest of the yield features you need to download the app. I've been able to use the app exactly once until now where it loads up a screen with a message that says it needs to install new updates and the app will refresh. Nothing happens, the bar doesn't move, and the app is entirely unresponsive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I won't be using the app moving forward.

This app does exactly what it's Co-Fouder is doing: Talking and promising a lot but not delivering in the end. It logs me out on weekly basis without me doing anything and when it's working it starts crashing. Update: It's really annoying, logs me out now daily, when I tried to withdraw my money it crashed, so I had to use the webapp. Guys just one small tip: think twice if you want to keep money on this platform... Update: They still won't fix the logout issue, this is a joke!

I have used Bake, formally Cake Defi, for a few years, never had a problem. However i had recently need to reverify my account, which i have dones multiple times before. This time the verification is not accepting any forms of ID that i have submitted; multiple permit cards, a passport and a brand new drivers license. I am unable to access any of my funds and i now believe this company may be a scam as i cannot withdraw my BTC.
