About this ebook

She’s all sunshine, and he’s just grumpy, but Max Katz wasn't expecting an instant attraction to the town's newcomer— his off-limits client.

I have a strict rule about dating clients—I don’t. It ensures I stay focused on conquering my industry. It’s the reason I pride myself on being the local real estate guru, and I plan to keep it that way. It’s also the motive why I stick to asking for the number of the new-to-town beauty I meet at the local bar —because said beauty isn’t my client.

Until the next day, it turns out she is.

Harper Ives enjoys making my job difficult. The free-spirited teacher is every fantasy come true, including the one about the kindergarten teacher ready to school me. Yeah… I may need to consider an amendment to my rules. Love at first sight is an understatement, but when you fall hard and fast, then something is bound to go wrong. Especially in this town…

Fun, fast, and low on angst, Crazy with You is the second complete standalone novel from the sweet yet steamy interconnected Sage Creek series. Readers who love small-town, fish-out-of-water romance with insta-attraction vibes will adore Max and Harper!

Author's Note: This is the 2nd edition which includes previously exclusive bonus material and small reworks of scenes. The story remains unchanged.

Max and Harper have a fun story with twist and turns. The story is sweet, has humor, and plenty of heat. This is a very entertaining read with very likable characters.
