Customers are mixed about the sound quality of the headphones. Some mention that they have great bass and just great all around sound, it really cuts down on cable rub sounds, and ear buds getting yanked out by something. The mids aren't recessed and the bass digs deeper, providing a good sound seal. The silicone ear tips do a decent job at muffling external noise sources. The vocals were extremely present, and it helps isolate the music/audio from a noisy gym background. However, others say that overall the sound is not competitive, bass-heavy, and slightly too loud, even on the lowest setting.

Customers are mixed about the comfort of the headphones. Some mention that it is extremely comfortable and does not feel like you are wearing them. The design is genius because it takes a lot of stress off of your ear's cartilage. It keeps a nice seal and causes very little wear fatigue over the course of an hour run. However, others say that it feels uncomfortable and annoying to have to stop to clear out your ears.

Sport Design: I like them a lot so far because of the design. The best thing about them is how they fit your ear. They come with many different sizes of ear tips, so pretty much any average adult should be able to find a pair that fits their ears. A plastic coated memory wire hooks over the top of your ear and fits behind it, and you can adjust the shape in any way so it fits your ear very snugly. There they will stay in place even while running, doing jumping jacks, etc.!
Sound Isolation: it isn't amazing, but it's decent and definitely cuts out quite a bit of background noise. As kind of a gauge: I have to take them out when someone is speaking to me, otherwise I have trouble hearing the person.
Sound Quality: I'm not too much into analyzing the different qualities and tones of headphones/earbuds, so all I can say is that I'm definitely happy with the way these sound. Lectures/messages sound clear, even with noise in the background, and my music has a pleasant and clear sound with enough base for me.
The only annoyance I have with them (and with other earbuds that have no volume control) is that when I use them on my mp3 player they are slightly too loud, even on the lowest setting, when I am listening in a quiet environment. I have the same problem when listening to Pandora on Google Chrome, with the earbuds plugged into our Dell Inspiron PC. I wonder if I just have sensitive ears or if there is someone else out there with this problem that could give me some tips. In any case, I would like to see these earbuds in a model with volume control.
UPDATE, added 4-17-12
I still think these are great, but I forgot to mention that another nice thing about the design is the simple-yet-indispensable little clip that is attached to the cord and which you can clip to your clothing when running or moving around. This helps to keep the cord still so it doesn't make noise in the earbuds when it bangs against your body. The clip slides up and down on the cord, so you can position it wherever you like.
Also, I ran today outdoors with the earbuds in and even though it was windy, I was pleased that it did not interfere too much with what I was listening to. If you find the best tips for your ears, the earbuds should not stick out from your ear, they should sit inside your outer ear. This cuts down on the wind noise (less resistance), as does a finding the correct fit with the tips, which ensures a proper seal for a good sound.
UPDATE 8/20/12
Having had them several months now, I can also attest to their durability (they've been wadded up, stepped on, sweaty, jerked around, etc). I highly recommend these and would buy them again myself in a heartbeat!
The good:
*The sound, of course. Mostly, this has to do with bang-for-the-buck. The bass is very much there; punchy, tight, and very high quality overall. There is not a lot of QUANTITY, so if you're a basshead, I might skip these. The mids are just a bit quiet (in relation to something analytical) but are still very clear. The highs are very much present, and for some people, it may be too sibilant. Of course I enjoyed this because the type of music I listen to involves much contrast between the lows and highs.
*I got the clear ones. They are quite neat to look at. The MEE logo on the left one did wear off after use, though.
*The around-the-ear memory cable and overall design was easy to get used to. I very often just ignored the memory cable because the IEMs stay in place well enough when I'm not running around with them.
*The instructions seemed useful for people who have never used an IEM before.
The bad:
*I, personally, had a hard time getting the stock eartips to cooperate with my LEFT ear. I should have bought some Comply eartips like nearly every IEM user should regardless. You'll see in a moment why I'm glad I haven't bought them yet.
*The cable, though very good at preventing microphonics (hearing your shirt brush against the cable through the earbuds, etc.), the cable stays bent however you wad it up inside the carrying case or whatever you do to it.
*The left ear just stopped working the afternoon I am writing this. Jiggling the cable at the earpiece, it is obvious the connection has been strained past its limit as the sound popped in and out intermittently.
---I would like to say that I wasn't very generous to the "safety" of the device. It often just got thrown in my pocket or in a small compartment in my backpack with some pens. It should have not been a surprise to me that these have gone so soon (Purchased on June 9, 2012). If you want any pair of IEMs to last long, use the included case if one is provided. Hopefully I will be more gentle and caring with my next IEMs [mostly because it is a more significant fiscal investment :)].---
Should you buy it?
If you need headgear that just sounds "great" overall and you're on this kind of a budget (Look for yourself how cheap it is), then yes. It is a great IEM to start with IMO if you are just upgrading from Apple's or $10 wally-mart-brand buds. Think "tight, crisp and clear" for the sound signature. Take proper care of 'em, and, as with most all dynamic-driver gear, let 'em burn in (play your favorite music) for at least 24 hours before expecting top quality.
