It sews by itself just press a button no need for a foot pedal, so easy to use hundreds of stitches and capabilities are endless. Came with so many accessories. Very very happy with this sewing machine.

I love this machine! 9960 quantum it has so many amazing features and it came with so many accessories and a value added accessories the fancy one's I know I'll be using all of them! Thank you walmart! Thank you singer for a wonderful machine! I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful machine!

Lucky one!

Sewing machine is very impressive especially for its price point.  Sticking is very high quality.  So many features and foots seems overwhelming but owners manual and YouTube have a few concise videos that makes it easier to play with until you figure it out.  

The embroidery stitches may seem a little generic but once you figure out a good stitch length and width the detailed embroidery stitches come out sharp!!!

love this machine. it works like a dream. the descriptions is a little misleading it says new up top and in description it says refurbished but the one i got was new. it works like it is supposed to. i replaced my old brother machine i had been using for years. still learning to use the other stitches. great buy.

Bought for my wife. She loves it.  Machine was a little intimidating at first but she watched a couple YouTube videos and now she is sewing like a pro. Now when I get home from work she is happy to show me what she has gotten done. Definitely recommend this machine! Great machine for the money.

I was skeptical after reading so many reviews. But once I received it and used it all I asked myself why didn't I buy it sooner. I desperately needly one for my second home. I didn't want to spend thousands.  I have used it through regular 2 layer cotton to multiple layers of batting and had no issues. If you want top of the line then you should invest in top of the line. I own two of the top of lines- Juki and Bernina and this machine held up its own! I haven't used all the bells and whistles because I am a huge rag quilter and this machine did stand up to the test! It has a little of everything. I am sure I will be enjoying every part of this machine. It's a beautiful machine as well.

within three weeks of purchase i started having issues, contacted seller and was given a phone number for warranty work, seller also gave me enough money back it covered UPS charges, the machine didn't mess up while they had it and was returned, (bobbin winder twisted two bobbins into, plate ate my material) still have plate issues

love it when it works right

you need to turn the machine upside down,  use a screw driver to adjust the fonts. this was never meantioned. in the videos on line. the machine is heavy and its ver hard tonhold it up, use a screw drive to make small adjustments to set the font. after 30 mins i gave up. also you cant see fonts when

waste of time and money

This was a scam.  The tracking number was fake and so was the phone number. We had to cancel the transaction.

SCAM

Finally received my Quantum 9960 sewing machine!!! So excited until I had opened the box. First the other box was cracked already so I hurried to open the inner box and original box of the se with machine. At first, I was so relieved then saw the side of my machine n it had a big gap. Then saw the bottom... so disappointed. Good thing I had bought the insurance. But not sure who do I contact... Walmart or Singer!
Ahhh so disappointed. Now I have to return this to someone which I have no clue to whom.

So disappointing!!!
