Rugged, Attractive, and Affordable Case for Eurorack

Load up your favorite Eurorack modules into the robust and eye-catching Eurorack Go case from Behringer. With a generous 240HP of mounting space, the Eurorack Go is perfect for holding Behringer’s impressive line of semi-modular synths, System 100 and System 55 modules, and third-party Eurorack units. Synthesists at Sweetwater agree: Eurorack Go’s chassis looks great in the studio, and it’s entirely road-ready. Instead of pre-dilled rails, the Eurorack Go comes equipped with 96 sliding nuts, so you won’t have to fight to get your modules to fit. Do you prefer your Eurorack case flat or elevated? The Eurorack Go lets you have it both ways, with an adjustable back leg that holds the chassis at a 50-degree tilt. The Eurorack Go is also packed with power, delivering 32 keyed powered connectors driven by a hefty, low-noise power supply. Looking for an affordable Eurorack case with top-notch quality? Check out the Eurorack Go from Behringer.

Behringer Eurorack Go Eurorack Case Features:

  • Ample 280HP of mounting space split into 2 banks of 140HP
  • 96 sliding nuts provide a more flexible fit than fixed pre-drilled rails

Best bang for the buck!

I own four (4) of these cases and I love them. They may not be the best built case but you can't be beat them for the price. I have personally had no problems with power or anything, but it does flex a bit when you cary it because it is made of plastic, and some modules are heavy. I would personally have liked to have had rails with screw holes instead of sliding nuts but that's my only complaint.

I have never owned the TipTop case that it is modeled after so I can't compare the build quality but the Mantis is only 104HPx2 and cost USD$100 more and this Behringer Go case is 140HP. We're not talking a couple of HP here. That's an extra 72HP which is almost a whole other 84HP case!!! There is just no comparison. When you are building classic synths like the Behringer ARP 2500 or Behringer Roland System 100m like I do, that extra 72HP is needed because those modules are quite large with many of them being 16HP each.

As you can see in the photo, I could have never fit all those ARP 2500 modules with 4 oscillators and 2 sequencers into any other case than this one. I don't know why more manufacturers don't build 140HP cases like this. Definitely worth every penny! I will buy more.

This might be my favorite eurorack case

I have a number of cases: Intellijel Performance 7u, MDLR 90, Mantis, (2) rackbrute 6u, a Nifty Case and the Go. While I love my intellijel Performance 7u for it's 1u row, built in jacks, and portability, I don't love the aluminum case with it's sharp edges, and I don't love the price. As I expanded my systems, I first bought a mantis; it's cheap and cheerful and has decent power specs, but feels a bit thin. The rack rails flex more than I'd like and the kickstand and feet are plastic and prone to wobble. The rackbrutes on the other hand are solid and attractive, and I like being able to connect two together. But the power supply doesn't quite have enough juice, and I had to be very careful in deciding which modules to include. I also don't love the rail mounted power supply, but it gave me an excuse to buy an odd hp module for change.

The Go is just like the Mantis, only it has more hp, a better kickstand, what seems to be a thicker aluminum case (and the edges are smooth, unlike the Intellijel case), and a more substantial power supply. The SW website is incorrect. The power rating is actually 3000mA +12 / 1000mA -12 / 1000mA +5). So plenty of power for whatever you want to put in there. Like the Mantis, it has the angled top row that offers nice ergonomics both when laying flat on the desk, and when tilted up on the kickstand which is solid metal. My only negative is the sliding nuts and that there should be more of them for a case this large. If you have a lot of small hp modules, you will want to add more.

I've had the Go case for 2 years now, and I use it almost daily. People still doubting the value and quality of Behringer are out of touch.

Pretty good. Almost perfect

The only criticism I have of the rack is its internal depth. This thing is pretty shallow. For reference, my Erica Plasma Drive just barely fits. As the kickstand is recessed, it cuts evermore into the already shallow depth of the case in the center of the bottom row.

That aside, it is a nice case. It's a nice size, has a handle, and the kickstand being part of the case and not a separate purchase is wonderful.

Amazing case and NOT UNDERPOWERED!

I just want to write this review mainly to correct a review here from James B posted back in march 2023 who gave this case a 3 stars because he incorrectly read the specs.
In the review he stated " Under powered! Only 1 amp on -12V and 1 amp on +12V rails! " which is just plain wrong. These cases actually do have THREE amps total on the +12v which is the same exact power as the mantis cases he was comparing this to. Just wanted to clarify this in case anyone read his incorrect information.
He definitely should not have given this case a lower review based on that false information he misread due to not properly reading the clearly written specs and instructions posted everywhere this is sold.
This case has more room, same power and is just as sturdy as the mantis case for dirt cheap compared to the competition. Say what you will about behringer, but these cases are the best bang for the buck in eurorack and look great as well.

Fantastic case, well thought out design

I started with a much smaller eurorack case (as did we all)... This case has a lot of space for modules and plenty of power to keep it all running. Beyond the basics, I really love the design of the case itself. There is a very convenient handle in the back that makes tipping the case up a breeze.. Did I mention the kickstand? This case can sit flat on a table, or vertically stand up with the kickstand. And... When tilting the case, the front bottom is slightly rounded with just the right about of rubber on the feet so that when tipping it, it is a smooth transition and does not slip on the table. Excellent, well thought out design. This case is fantastic!
