Cool book!
Why was Justin in the book?
It was so hard to read the chapters that Justin wrote. Many unnecessary details that had nothing to do with cold training (like how he called his parents repeatedly to check in while out of town, how he didn’t go to Popeyes). It was obvious without him having to say that he wasn’t someone who travels often or encounters other cultures. He was so jittery and nervous the whole book anytime he stepped away from home. I had to skip some of his chapters - they were so boring! Grammar and editing read like it was done by a teenager. I kept thinking about how annoying he must be in person.
I pushed myself to finish but it was incredibly boring. Don’t buy! Watch Wim’s videos and follow him on social media. You’ll learn more than what the book will give you.
