This product is amazing. My stress level is practically next to nothing. I sleep better than I ever have in my entire life. My hair stopped shedding and my TSH of 5.85 went down to 5.15 in less than 3 months. With honest disclosure I do take another supplement as well, but I am thrilled. I will take this for the rest of my life. No side effects. Age 55 normal TSH for my age female 0.46-4.68 mIU/L
Update 2/26/2023 I had my thyroid retested and is now in range at 2.73 my doctor twice wanted me on thyroid medication and I said no. Ashwagandha has restored my TSH. Feeling fabulous, hair is full, energy terrific and as mentioned before continued low anxiety/stress and still sleeping beautifully.

Honestly, I'm one of those people that prefer natural vs. the other stuff when it comes to putting stuff in my body and I'm really looking forward to the benefits this product offers especially the stress reducer and immune improvement benefits.
