Expensive but has a nice smooth surface
First lets talk about the elephant in the room....this thing is expensive so I have to take a star especially since they don't even provide a USB AC adapter and cable for the Qi charger on it. Its a nice large hard mouse pad with Qi charging coils built into the upper right corner. Pad requires 2 usb ports to the computer for rgb sync and usb passthrough to function. MicroUSB port on control requires its own USB ac adapter powered cable to power the Qi charger.Pad is not controllable from other software such as Gigabyte's RGB Fusion , Corsair's iCue or Razers Chroma Effect Studio and requires the installation of the Asus Armory Crate. Make sure you uncheck any devices other than the pad or it will try to take control of them. It turned off the lights on one of my G.Skill Trident Z Neo memory sticks before I figured out what was going on. Once you enable aura sync it seems to match my motherboard colors.Qi charger coil is a bit fickle forcing me to meticulously position my Corsair Dark Core Pro SE mouse with the rear of the palm rest over the coil in order to get it to charge. My phone, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, charges fine on it, however, my old Gen 2 Moto 360 46mm smartwatch will not charge on it.I'm powering it with a 18W Samsung QC3 AC adapter which is fine as the coil can only deliver 10W of charge according to their literature. Make sure you uncheck any devices other than the pad or it will try to take control of them. Price is a bit expensive for a mouse pad even with wireless charging and rgb
Qi charging only on the top right corner and you have to place your mouse or phone at the exact spot or else it doesn't detect it. Charging speed also isn't as fast as I thought it was, but it does the job.
Mouse pad is sturdy and hard, some people might not like that
