This is an awesome product, I have played using the Joy cons for a year with my Switch and I have disconnection problems now. So I gave this product a chance before buying a new pair. The handle is excellent, it ads some weight that is natural and gives back support to the Switch so you don't have the fear that it will bend as with the Joy cons when you are playing a demanding game.
The buttons are big and the joysticks are great. It's connected by the USB C port so there is no delay in the responses. It also has rumble motors and gyroscope so it's better than others in the same category.
It also has a Turbo function, so it's an added bonus. It does not have NFC support for Amiibos but that is not a deal breaker for me. It also can work with the original and OLED switch models, so there is no fear for not being compatible.
The only thing that I don't like is the directional cross. It does not feel right, it feels like the cross in a PSP (if you had, one you will understand)
I recommend this product to anyone that wants to play handheld mode with a Switch or any adult that feels the Joy cons too small and flimsy.

I have the original switch (not OLED) and it works well. Switch screen slides snuggly into place but not too snug to where it is hard to come out (when turned upside down mine doesn’t slip out). Charges without issue but does not fit in dock. It is pretty bulky, I would say if you have small hands probably not going to be very comfortable.
Read until end: When I first started to use it there was a slight delay in game to my left thumbstick BUT BUT BUT then I noticed that I hadn’t switched the controller buttons (sitting behind the switch screen) to “SW” (they were still on the default setting in the middle of the two options. After switching the button to the right setting everything works great! No lag, much more comfortable to grip than the controller extension I bought and the button layout is way better (in my opinion) than the regular joycons. I ended up customizing my button layout to mimic that of a xbox controller (something you can do with the original joycons too in settings-controllers/sensors-button mapping)… and I find the switch much easier and comfortable to play now.
