Stays on. Just add gloss and go, or for a really long lasting look, outline and fill in lips with stain. Outline lips with a lip pencil, add a light coat lipstick, some gloss.

So far, my only complaint is it kinda just smells like toothpaste. It's a little bit tingly and cold and it definitely feels like an oil. it's really smooth and not sticky. the two I got are pink and the color difference is almost non-existent so it just makes your lips look shiny and soft.
