***I have edited my review to say despite the initial issues with the necklace, their customer service was wonderful. They reached out very quickly regarding the broken necklace and sent a replacement. My daughter was so happy to get that in the mail & be able to wear the necklace***I really like the look of this necklace but unfortunately it broke as soon as my daughter when to put it on. The chain separated from the pearl when we were trying to clasp it. The worst part is the diameter of the hole through the Pearl doesn’t fit any other chain- I could not find one small enough to fit through it :( so I couldn’t even salvage the necklace & the whole thing had to be thrown away and could never be worn.

This is a beautiful necklace, but there is a problem I have with it, the chain is way to small to fit around my neck. You see I am a plus size lady and need a 22-24 inch chain to fit comfortably. I am keeping it in hopes that one of my local jewelry stores can get a chain that they can put the pearls on, none of them will drill the holes larger. It also doesn’t look to be away to insure that the chain will not pull all the way out.

Great meaningful but not expensive gift for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and she LOVED IT!!!
She wore it the first day she had it & took it off before bed.
When I went to put it on her the next morning, she told me that it came messed up because there was an extra dangly piece & the clasp part only slides into a hole and dangles out the other side, but won’t keep the necklace from falling off- well it wasn’t any extra pieces OR even a clasp, the open/close mechanism part was still attached to the side it should clip onto, sooo needless to say, it’s broken.

I will try to find it tomorrow & add a picture of what I mean to this review. I guess you get what you pay for & I would not buy again.

Received an email from SERENEY customer service , noticed they had made multiple attempts in December to reach out & justify the issue - Within 2 days of my response I had a new necklace in hand!! I see exactly what the problem was with the first necklace… this necklace is very fragile & has a different type of “tightening “ mechanism. This time I see a little paper instructions that came with the necklace. I’ve included an image of the instructions- this is the exact issue we had with the first one.
Definitely happy with this company & their customer support 🙌👌🏻
