Almost complete margarita and daiquiri kit
OVERALL: I got this set because my family loves margaritas but they keep buying yucky pre-mixed sugary cocktails and I guess I wanted to prove that DIY with better ingredients tastes better. Well, it definitely does! The set comes with 2 "margarita" glasses and a shaker with a ~2 drink capacity, and the rimming kit can hold much more than you'd need. We had a lot of fun with this kit and find that it has all the tools you need, as long as you have the ingredients and recipes!POSITIVES: We really love the glasses. They feel sturdy but not clunky. The glass is thinner towards the top putting the center of gravity closer to the stem and making them more stable than similar-shaped top-heavy designs. Just take care when washing. The jigger, shaker, and juicer are all top-of-the-line, long-lasting quality; they will be in my kitchen until the end of days. The juicer alone is a bargain piece, with dual small/lime and medium/lemon capacity parts. The rimming kit can accommodate any sized glass, and it's nice to have "salt" and "sugar" tiers to accommodate multiple cocktails (half of us want salty margaritas and half want sweet daiquiris).NEGATIVES:#1 the stacked rimming kit is meh. I haven't used the top tier that's supposedly for "lime juice" because I just use lime wedges and the capacity is so large that it would take more than 5 limes just to cover the surface, plus I don't like that it has the liquid compartment stacked above the dry salt and sugar tiers (how could you not drip?) Also, the rimming kit is not easy to dump out or clean. I don't mind storing salt in it, but I would not store sugar, much less citrus juice in it. that being said, it's way too hard to empty. anything you put in it will have to be dumped into the trash/sink. The top lid also came off unexpectedly, so I'm not sure if it's really supposed to be taken apart or if some parts are not secure.#2 This would make an amazing gift but it's not exactly EVERYTHING you need for margaritas. It does not include any instructions or recipes, and I wish it came with a seed/pulp strainer.

This is the best Margarita kit I have seen. It’s perfect for a hostess gift or great for a housewarming. It comes with 2 margarita glasses in the classic shape. The glasses came packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Unlike other salt rimmers, this one has a spot for salt and a spot for sugar in addition to the spot for lime juice. The cocktail shaker and the jigger are both high quality and a really nice deep metallic grey. The lime juicer is not plastic but a heavy duty coated metal. It’s truly the nicest juicer I’ve ever owned.

Most of what this contains is just okay. The glasses are attractive, but rather thin. This is showcased aside one of my favorite margarita glasses to show the thickness difference in the glass. It is rather thin and would probably not survive a spill. The shaker is only good for one cocktail at a time rather than mixing two. The volume is just not there unless you skimp on the ice which is not going to make a super chilled drink. I show this against a larger penguin shaker that I use to make two drinks at a time. Something of this volume would've been a better choice.
The salt/sugar rimmer is decent, but a little flimsy. Definitely home and not commercial grade. The photos state that the jigger and shaker are dishwasher safe, but I can tell you they are not. They have a blued finish that will disintegrate in your dishwasher. I show the new shaker in the photo against an identical one that I bought on Amazon that was also advertised as dishwasher safe...they are not. All of this needs to be hand washed save the citrus juicer.
The juicer is the star of the package. That it can do both lemons and limes is a nice bonus. This is very heavy and does a wonderful job with each fruit.
The glasses are nice but rather thin. The salt/sugar rimmer is decent, but rather flimsy. The shaker and jigger are nice but require hand wash only and the volume of the shaker is not sufficient to mix two cocktails. The juicer is outstanding and the whole package at the time of testing was $61.95. For that price I could've bought a higher grade of each item individually. For me, this was just okay
