4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 66 ratings

[Siren Menage Everlasting: Erotic Romance, Menage, Romantic Suspense, Paranormal, Shapeshifter, Reverse Harem, MFMM, HEA] Tayla Gibson’s touring vacation in Alaska comes to an abrupt halt when she crashed into a moose, wrecking her rental car. Perry Nevin, a grizzly bear shifter, along with his brother Adam and cousin Bruce Nevin charge to the rescue. The three Nevin men know Tayla is their mate immediately and set out to court her while she recovers from her injuries in their home. Tayla is flabbergasted when she learns the guys are grizzly shifters and when they tell her she’s their mate she’s shocked. When a wolf shifter starts sniffing around Perry, his brother and cousin are worried he’ll end up making a play for or hurting their mate. Though Tayla tries to convince Perry the wolf is harmless, the authoritative bear won’t listen. Forbids her to look at let alone talk to the other man. Tayla disappears and the three men give chase hoping they can save their one from the clutches of a perceived madman. Becca Van is a Siren-exclusive author.

Becca Van lives in Victoria, Australia. I have always wanted to write, finally taking the plunge in 2010.

I have been an exclusive author for Siren BookStrand since September 2011. I have multiple menage series in the works covering genres such as western, cowboy, contemporary, sci-fi, paranormal shape-shifting series, and werewolf series. I also have a couple of stand-alone stories. I continue to develop and challenge myself in my writing.

I may have an idea of how a story will go, but then I find myself heading in a completely different direction than I thought, letting the story naturally develop. My characters tend to lead me where they want to go and I just let my fingers tap away.

Fortunately, my writing literally flows with little input from myself, though my writing skills are developing with each book. As I learn and grow, I feel my writing matures and improves. As my writing improves, with the help of the wonderful people at Siren, I hope to continue to entertain you, the reader.

Stay safe, sane, happy and healthy.

Love Becky Wilde xxoo.

First, you don't have to read the books in this series in order to understand what's going on in this story. Each one is a stand-alone story which usually has some characters from the previous books make an appearance or are mentioned. This story featured Perry, Adam and Bruce (grizzly shifters) and Tayla (human woman). The main characters were likeable and the story was plausible. What danger there was came from a wolf shifter who had gone a little crazy after living basically as a wolf for a long time (he was over 200 years old) after his family and pack were killed by human hunters.

The sex was hot though not the main focus, their relationship was. I liked that the guys were very protective of Tayla and didn't immediately try to get her to mate with them, they instead gave her time to understand that shifters existed and that she was their mate. Spoiler alert: I also liked the unexpected turn of events where Tayla had a twin sister (they were separated not long after birth when their mother was murdered) and it turned out her sister would become the wolf shifter's mate. In the epilogue, Tayla's sister comes to Alaska to see her and meets the wolf shifter and his two betas (who also turned out to be her mates). You have to read the story to see how the wolf shifter met the other two wolf shifters, then formed their own pack. So it looks like the next book will be their story.

There were several grammatical errors, mostly wrong punctuation, no punctuation or wrong words used which showed this story wasn't written by someone who lives in the U.S., although the story takes place in Alaska. That doesn't bother me anymore though since I like her writing style and stories.
