I am breathless after reading the last few pages of The Russian’s Gluttony, Book 3 of the The Russian's Gluttony (Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins). This series has kept me captivated from day 1. The author, Cap Daniels, writes with a finesse like no other that I have read. The attention to detail is spot on, and I love that he writes with such eloquence, that gets you right “in the feels” on every page. The author does the most magnificent research before placing the words into his story – he paints his imagination right onto the pages, just as he has done with The Chase Fulton series.

Cap Daniels takes us immediately into a fancy smancy bar in Canada to the debaucherous streets of New Orleans and finishes the story in the vineyards of Moldova, in eastern Europe. Anastasia Robertovna Burinkova, affectionately known by her team as Anya Fulton, finds herself, in the midst of a mission to debunk an illegal poaching and importation scheme. The A-Team, consisting of Anya, Gwynn, Agent White, and Johnny Mac, find themselves tangled in a mission in the Big Easy, that will impact them all – mentally and physically. There’s danger around every corner, and deceit in every crevice of the streets of New Orleans. Even Anya, the Avenging Angel, is stopped in her tracks, when she faces a supernatural spirit communing with a dead tiger. VooDoo and Anya in one small space – can you say intense?

I highly recommend this series, as well as all books by Cap Daniels – he is a fabulous storyteller! Cap, you did it again! Congrats!

Finding new friends and making new connections as she embraces this world she's entered into. The story has a plot to hold your interest and twists that kept me constantly surprised! Exciting, entertaining, sometimes humorous and also so very heartbreaking.

but truly horrifying to know that tiger wine is really a thing, threatening a seriously endangered species.

I the interm while Chase is searching for his Anya, the dramatic appearance of penny, the drop dead gorgeous (money grubbing jerk) trying to become a famous screen writer while she is living off her old high school friends.
penny sees Chase and is INSTANTLY ENAMORED with not only his beauty but also, much more importantly, his wealth, ESPECIALLY SINCE it appears that he has lots money and voila' her friends boad burns up, leaving her homeless.

CHASE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF WITH ANYA aka ANA FULTON than with penny.
