Levi's Blessing: Cowboys of Coulee Crossing (Romancing the West Book 4) Kindle Edition

4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,285 ratings

From a fan favorite author with more than one million books sold: Four brothers find love in unexpected places in this western historical series.

Levi Hooper is the youngest brother and tired of being ‘the kid.’ No one takes him seriously. Not even the girl he hoped to marry.
Zola Minor needed an escape from a controlling relationship. She found one by moving west with her parents. When her father falls ill, the family stops to rest near the Coulee Crossing Ranch—Levi’s home.
While Zola finds a freedom she’s been seeking in the open spaces and big sky, she also clashes with Levi. In the best way possible. She is both attracted to and afraid of the young rancher. She sees what his brothers can’t. Levi is a mature young man with a generous heart. A heart she’s afraid she can’t resist.
But Zola’s family never planned to stay. When her pa is strong enough to continue the journey, she faces a tough choice: leave the rancher behind? Or take a chance and trust him with her heart?

Linda Ford grew up devouring books and making up stories in her head, often late at night when she couldn't sleep. But she hadn't planned to write. Instead, she dreamed of running an orphanage. In a way, that dream came true. She married, had 4 homemade children, adopted 10 and lived her dream. She lives on a small ranch in western Alberta, where she can see the mountains every day. She and her husband continue to enjoy their children and grandchildren. Even after publishing over 100 books, Linda still finds a great deal of enjoyment and satisfaction in creating imaginary worlds and has no plans of slowing down in her passion of writing!

Finding love that makes trusting easy is necessary for people who have been mistreated or hurt by others.
Walk with Levi and Zola as they discover the beginnings of love. Will this beginning grow to blossom or will it wither into resentment?
This heart felt journey is skillfully written by Linda Ford in her Romancing the West Book 4. I for one enjoyed this journey!!!

This book reminds me how a friendship I once had continued many years. It turned into a marriage. As Levi and Zola shared fun interests and adventures to finally realize what their hearts felt. Another great book of Linda Ford's.

Levi had lived in his brother's shadow all his life as the youngest of the Hooper clan. With his oldest sister now married and gone from the homestead and his three older brothers married, eighteen year old Levi Hooper decided it's time to move on but still respect the promise he made to his father and keep the family together he finds a place on the ranch to call his own.
Zola Minor finds Levi setting up his camp where he plans to build his home when she noticed how Levi's horse King undos everything Levi tries to do. She laughs hard at the horses antics but believes it is because the horse is mis behaving.
Levi let's her know the horse is just playing, somewhat offended by her judgement of King he decides to show her how well trained King is.
While Zola 's father is recuperating from a long illness before they can be on their way to their destination Zola and Levi spend a lot of time together and their friendship grows.
When Zola's father is well enough to travel Levi decides to travel with them to make sure the family makes it to their destination.
On the way both Levi and Zola feel friendship turning into something more, but the words are never spoken and after reaching the Minor's destination Levi returns home to build his home but he can't get Zola out of his head or his heart.
