Book two in a series but can be read as a standalone with a HEA. The sex level is low. It is referred to but not experienced :-) Three young women live in the same big old home above the beach. Two of the young women are twins. Different in every way possible, this story is about Sally. The three women met in college and when they all acquired their certificates they decided to go into business together. They used the home as their place of business as well as their home. Each one has a different talent, one a yoga instructor, one a masseuse, and one a reader of the tea leaves as well as a clairvoyant. Business has been pretty good until lately. The winds of change are blowing and their lives are all about to change.

The owner of the house, the masseuse (book1) has married and is traveling with her pro-surfer husband. It is just the twins in permanent residence at this time. Sally is the quiet, small twin. She had a bad breakup a few years ago and has since kept to herself. Her twin Sonia is a tall, slim girl with a very outgoing and flamboyant personality. Sally decided to stay home instead of going to Hawaii with the other two gals. One cold, rainy night she keeps getting people knocking on her door in answer to her ad. She never placed an ad and was getting quite angry at the continuing interruptions. Until a young man was at the door and he was not taking no for an answer.

Her life took a change and for the better when Sol came to the door. This is their love story. It is funny, fun, and light hearted. I really enjoyed it and I definitely recommend it. This whole series was good and I recommend all three books. The young women are all so different and their stories are different as well. At the end of book 3, we are told the HOUSE will get its own story. The original owner of the house still dwells in the attic as she influences the girls' lives and takes part when she needs to. The ghost if a fun lady and one you will cheer for. A very entertaining series.

I was not paid for this review. I am not a writer nor do I know one. I am not kin to this author. I am a reader and this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. 5/17/18

I loved Sally and sols story. It was nice to read a book with a hints of magical throughout.

I loved the background bits but would have liked more information so we knew them better.
It's a lovely read and I will be reading again.

For me it's a short read. Took me about 2 hours so would have loved a longer read but that's my personal preference.

For me it was a big rushed in parts but I loved it anyway. I've not read book 1 but I'm going to have to now and make sure I read number 3 when released.

I like how her first book has three main girls that make a living and are independent. Her writings are interesting and short where you don't loose interest. The first book centered on one person. Her second included that person and one of the other girls adventures. It's tied to the first book.

This novel tells the story of twin sisters Sally and Sonia sharing a beach house in Bondi. Along with their friend Rosie whose Aunt Aggie originally owned the house. Rosie is married to Taj Brown and they have 4 year old twins. Taj is a surfer and they travel the surfing circuit.
Sonia and Rosie decide to head to Hawaii for a holiday and try to entice Sally who has just gone through a separation from a boyfriend to go with them but she declines and would prefer to stay at home.
Sonia decides to try and loosen her sister up a bit by playing a trick on her. She places an Ad in the Bondi View. Solomon Brown reads the ad and is very interested. It tells him to contact Sally after 5.30 pm.
Sally tries to tell him the ad is not hers but rain and storms intervene so she lets him into the beach house.
He is amazed by the house and Sally.
Much as they both don't want to get involved with each other there is an attraction.
Sally is invited to drive to the farm that Sol is house sitting at and their friendship grows to the state that they both play tricks back on her sister Sonia.
When Sally asks Sol to move into the house another part of the trick things just go from tricking to natural attraction for each other.
Such a truly amazing story that I could not put down.
Would recommend this novel to anyone who likes a bit of spice in their life.
This is Book 2 in the series so get Book 1 first to start then continue the saga you will not be disappointed

This book has captured my heart. I love all that is Sally and Sol, and the way they fell in love. They show that there is somebody out there for everyone, no matter how impossible that might seem at times.
The beach house was full of charm and character (and possibly a friendly ghost) and the gorgeous kitten was the icing on the cake. This is the second book in this series and is just as delightful as the first. I can't wait for book three!

This was a lovely story.
It is a shame that the book wasn't proof read. There were some bad errors in words misused in sentences.
