My first mechanical was a clicky Logitech, which I rather liked a lot, but I found myself gravitating more and more to the quieter switches. I've currently got Bullet QL switches plus dampeners to really keep things quiet. It can keep up with me (I type fast) without sounding overwhelming to others around me, it looks great, and the form factor is fantastic.
I also like the multi connectivity (though I admit I've never used the 2.4GHz) and the option to go wired (and luckily USB-C) or not. The keyboard has been used on Linux (Ubuntu if you're counting), OS X, iOS, and Android.
The battery tends to last long enough that I don't really find myself being aware of how long it lasts ;) When it does go back, the keyboard output gets kind of wonky and the red LED on the side that indicates power starts blinking, which I find a useful and reasonable indicator.
As far as the keyboard itself, I've found using FN1 a reasonable way to get to those "missing" keys: function, arrows (on ASWD, which makes logical sense), page, insert/delete, home/end, print screen. It also works for backtick and tilde but I always find it a bit confusing as FN1+escape will provide both of those (you add shift to get the tilde). These characters are extremely valuable in the Linux command line, so I'm a little sensitive about it. That's a relatively small gripe given how much is jammed together in such a small space without doing weird stuff like having overly short keycaps. A compromise has to be made somewhere.
As for the bad stuff: the stabilizers are a little loud, especially the space bar. This is a mod I plan on dealing with soonish and I'll update accordingly. If you run clicky switches, you probably won't even notice.
Oh, and can't comment on the software as I've yet had the need to use it.
Regardless of any negatives, the price is fantastic for what you get. If you're looking for a functional and still upgradable mechanical keyboard but you don't want to pay prices normally associated with more custom mechanical keyboards, this is a great way to go.
Some highlights:
Switches: Comes with brown switches. It also comes with additional switches you can try out (black, red, blue and an extra brown switch, 1 each). I initially was going to go with a keyboard that had blue switches but after swapping out my spacebar to a blue switch, I had to change it back immediately. The brown switches are a nice happy medium between the red and blue, it all comes down to preference - gamers typically prefer red or brown, blue switches have that kind of high pitched click that some people find satisfying to type on. If you're unfamiliar with key switches, I would suggest researching them a little to see what you think you'd prefer. The key switches are really only compatible with Outemu switches. I've watched multiple reviews on YT and people have tried swapping out for switches like Cherry MX (the "gold standard") and they did not fit. This keyboard is great for gaming. The brown switches are a nice balance for gaming and typing.
Size: It is nice and compact and takes up very little space for a keyboard (obviously, it's a 60%, ten keyless design) and it gives me a lot more real estate on my desk.
RGB: Tons of RGB pattern options that can be programmed straight from the keyboard without using software. RGB has 5 levels of brightness and can be nice and bright.
Quality: The build quality feels very solid and durable. For being a budget keyboard, it feels premium.
Connectivity: Can be used wired or wireless.
Battery life: Used it quite a bit for about 3 days and when I plugged it in, it indicated it was still fully charged so I expect the battery life to be excellent.
Complaints: Only gripe is that the caps lock is the only key that does not light up unless the caps lock is activated or if you hit a limit when adjusting brightness of the RGB lights (adjust brightness with Fn2 + [+], the caps lock button will flash red a few times when maxed out). Would prefer if it lit up along with all the other keys during the RGB patterns and maybe stay lit red when caps lock is activated. Wish it had some media controls like skip back/forward, play/pause, volume up/down. Not really a complaint but it takes me a second to use the arrow keys (Fn or hold caps lock + W, A, S or D) because I've always used a full layout. Just something to get used to.
I combined this keyboard with the Red Dragon M808 Storm gaming mouse, NPET MP02-SP RGB mouse pad and it looks awesome. Would definitely buy again and recommend to gamers and non-gamers alike.

No lo uso para jugar solo para escribir lo recomiendo mucho hasta hoy no me ah dado fallas.
the charge port has a wobble to it that i need to prop it a certain way to work and using the usb dongle is more of a pain than anything, as something as simple as a chip bag being slightly in the path between the board and my pc causes signal loss, hell even having my finger resting on the side of the board where the receiver is does the trick. its seeming with these 2 issues that i may end up with a keyboard that wont work soon, if i m unable to charge it/plug it in to use wired because of the port issue, and wont be able to effectively use it wirelessly because the signal is so picky
edit: recieved a replacement board and the quality is much better, threw in some crystal violet switches thanks to their compatibility with more than outemu, and this keeb sounds and works amazing.
i also really appreciate redragons willingness to help without me even askling for it and promptly handled the situation effectively :)
