A little smaller than expected, but it looks nice.

A little smaller than expected, but it looks nice.
I wasn't sure what to expect, and I ended up with a chunk of wood which was a little smaller than anticipated. My family asked me why I ordered a stick from Amazon.I soaked it in a bucket in the garage for a few weeks and it easily sank. The tannins were released in the bucket and it has not tainted my tank at all. I've glued some rhizome-based plants to it, so we'll see how that works since I'm very new at the whole planted tank thing.

2.0 out of 5 stars Dissapointed

It's cute and pretty, but I bought a 16 x 16 x 16 and this is 10 in. high. Don't let the display picture fool you. It shows many branches and looks
big, beware.

Absolutely awful, messed up my tank parameters and grew nasty jello like mold.
