A: Different phones and different models may have compatibility problems with our cutting board Bluetooth connection, you could feedback to us to confirm that your phone model is compatible before you purchase.

  • Q: The screw on the back of the cutting board can not be unscrewed, I can not put the battery in.

A: If you encounter the problem of screws can not be screwed, please feedback to us. And we will send you a replacement set of the new cutting board.

A: Our cutting board is suitable for delicate dishes, we do not recommend vigorous chopping, which can easily damage the cutting board.

  • Bluetooth Weighing & Kcal Counting: The scale panel has weighing (Weighing range: 0.002-6.61lbs), timing, zeroing, and tare functions, and connects to the 4T7 app, which could track your calorie intake and provide you with a variety of recipes.
  • Tempered Waterproof Glass: 4T7 main baseboard is made of waterproof tempered glass. You could clean it with running water, but do not soak it in water for a long time.
  • Anti-Skid Back Pads: With 6 Anti-Skid Back pads on the back of the baseboard, you would not worry about the cutting board moving while you are chopping.
  • Built-in Timer: The built-in timer helps you remind cooking time (Up to 100 minutes).
  • Wireless Battery Area: No charging cable, no plug. Using 4 AAA batteries, easy to move when you cooking (We do not provide batteries, you need to buy additional)
  • Silver Particles Wheat Straw: The extended chopping board is made with a silver ion that keeps it fresher for longer.

I have been using this for about three months and started to smell a burning smell when in the drying cycle. This has made it obsolete and not worth anywhere near the price paid. Also, there is no replacement cutting boards available for sale so to not replace the whole unit.

Stay away unless you have good insylurance!

UPDATE: the seller reached out offering a refund and never came through with it. I am reporting this to the Consumer Product Safety Commission as soon as possible.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
