    Yo he tenido el Apple Watch Serie 1 y el Serie 4 en su versión de aluminio, para este año decidí actualizar y buscaba en principio el serie 8 en su versión de acero inoxidable ya que buscaba cambiar el aspecto de la caja.Una vez que termino el evento de Apple pude observar que solo había 50 dlls de diferencia entre el esa versión del serie 8 y el Ultra y fue por eso que me fui por el ultra.Ganas pantalla, diseño renovado, material más premium , mejor batería y certificaciones.En mi opinión si estás pensando en comprar el serie 8 en su versión de acero inoxidable yo compraría el ultra por las características antes mencionadas y la poca diferencia de precio lo justifica a excepción que seas de muñeca pequeña por que el reloj es grande.

    I had been wearing a Garmin Fenix 7 since it was released, but was very unhappy with its utility. First of all, yeah it does fitness stuff pretty well, but it still felt clunky and very outdated. The new touch display was very unresponsive on maps. It also had music storage, but you could not organize or play your music in any meaningful way and uploading or updating music meant putting your watch on the night stand for an hour or so (lol which is why people get a Garmin to avoid doing ...). And bizarrely Apple music playback is almost better than Garmin's, just wow! And forget about podcasts, not possible on Garmin.

    So I only switched for these basic features (responsive and in depth music playback and maps) and boy Apple does these soooo well and I am a very happy customer. But oh god, I was not ready for everything else this Watch does! I mean, I easily leave my phone at home and I love it. I go to concerts, out to eat, shopping trips without my phone and I do not miss it at all!

    On top of that, there are many Watch apps that sync or operate independently with your iPhone or Mac and the productivity is phenomenal. Seriously, the best purchase in a long time.

    Had it about a week so far. Usual stuff. It's basically an Apple Watch that hits the gym.

    Heavier. Has some heft. Bigger screen. My Apple Watch series 6 is a distant memory already. It's true what they say, once you get an Apple Watch Ultra...the other Apple Watches just aren't the same. Haven't touched my Series 6 since I put on the Ultra. I kinda feel ashamed, but...it is what it is, you know? Gonna sell my Series 6 now. Help it find a new owner and all. *sigh*

    Anyways, be careful on checkout, I was so excited to get one, I rushed, and accidentally chose one with a Small band. It did not fit, and the Small size apline whatever band, doesn't come with a second strap in the packaging for the next size up. (as many previous Apple Watch bands do)

    I had to have a band overnighted.

    Just remember, if you get the Ultra, you're probably not going back to a regular Apple Watch anymore. My previous Apple Watch now looks like a 'females version'. It's so tiny compared to the Ultra.

    I love the Apple Watch and currently have the 7. The 8 is no meaningful improvement and when I first saw the Ultra I had no interest- not a super athlete and it’s way too big for my thin wrist. But those smarty pants Apple marketers. They knew full well this was going to appeal to a wider audience of Watch fans. So after watching many videos I decided to order one fully expecting I would put it on and immediately put it back in the box to return. When it arrived I used an existing band for a quick try. It was like eating into my wrist so I just took it off. The next morning I thought one more quick try. It felt totally different and really good. I realized that when it first arrived, the huge piece of metal was cold and that was the problem. I quickly fell in love with this monster. The alpine band is not good for me so I’ve been trying different solo loop types from Amazon and getting very good results. Yupp, I love the look, the feel, the screen and the battery. Those Apple people separated me from $800!

    Apple has definitely made massive improvements over the years. I recently switched from the Series 3 to the Ultra. It was a huge upgrade and I absolutely love the Ultra! I decided to go with the Ultra instead of Series 8 because I like that the Ultra is made out of Titanium and I wanted to buy a watch that will last for many years to come. I also like the siren feature & the ability to further monitor my sleep, body temperature, oxygen levels, etc. The battery life is a lot better!! Not to mention that the Ultra is so much faster and there isn’t much of a lag. The screen is also much brighter even in the sun. Although the Ultra is bulkier than the Series 3, I don’t really notice much difference in the weight. Overall, I’m very impressed with this watch and it was worth the investment!!

    Even though I have a small wrist, I was always hoping for a larger Apple Watch. Well this is it! The only thing I would change is when it’s dark at night the always on display is pretty dim and hard to read. Even with the brightness all the way up. They need to adjust the ambient light sensor so in complete darkness it’s a big brighter. In direct sunlight it’s extremely bright and completely readable.
