Terkel’s team is finally getting to the bottom of who was behind the attack on the team. Terk hires Clary to save Brody’s life. When Brody comes out of the coma, Clary uses her energy to give Brody the extra energy he’s missing. It takes Brody a long time to realize how much he has been relying on Clary and the bond that has grown between them. As the first attack is solved, there are hints that another attack is in motion and Terk needs to go to Texas to solve it. I can’t wait to read it.

Brody is finally coming out of the coma, thanks to Clary. Clary formed a deep attachment to Brody while she was caring for him, but Brody isn't feeling that same attachment. He's been a dedicated bachelor, and it's tough for him to get beyond that. This novel reveals the reasoning behind all the attacks on Terkel's group. I love the action and romance in this series.
