Received mattress cover and was impressed with the packaging and it being shrink wrapped. Instructions said to shake it for up to 5 minutes, still not sure why that is because one taken out of the shrink wrap and shook it, it didn’t expand anymore than when originally taken out of the package. It is very soft material and did help somewhat on the mattress but not much difference in softness. I loved how it fit the mattress with the deep pockets and it helps my sheets fit a bit better.
