Customers have mixed opinions about the mic holder. Some say it's a great microphone stand, while others say it doesn't hold the mics at all. The stand is fine, but it doesn’t include the top clip-in piece for the microphone. Overall, this functions well for a standard microphone stand. However, some say that the clip does not really hold the microphone firmly, and you cannot use it for heavier microphones.

Totalmente funcional y, para el precio, los materiales son de buena calidad. Me hubiera gustado que incluyera el clip para micro, pero no se engaña a nadie, en la foto principal aparece sin él.

You can't beat this price for what it is. It is sturdy enough for 99% of recording applications. If your a front man I suggest getting one with the heavy base. For drum overheads, close mics on cymbals, snare, amps, acoustic playing, or anything else this works amazing. It would work fine for vocals too, I just don't think it is meant to have a heavy mic fully extended as high and outwards as it goes.

When I unboxed it I was shocked at how well the thing looked and good it was built, the locks work great, and it slides well too.. I plan on getting a few more of these.
