Wheatgrass can certainly be grown hydroponically, but I like growing mine in soil and this ORGANIC POTTING MIX is the only brand I'll ever use. It is a rich soil that provides the perfect environment for my wheatgrass seeds to sprout and grow robustly. I love it.
