I don't usually say “I'll never do this again” because…that just invites the universe to roll up and say “are you sure about that?” 

 

With that in mind, I'm still mostly convinced I won't offer another chance at a Zoom chat with me. This charity auction to benefit reproductive justice is near to my heart and offering a Zoom chat instead of my usual offering of signed books felt right for the moment. We can talk about books (mine or otherwise), writing and publishing (I have so many thoughts), cakes and pies (also so many thoughts), world affairs (we might need wine for that), or anything at all. Even better: get a group of bookish friends together and we'll make a party of it.
