Received product labeled 'Organic Dried Tart Montmorency Cherries'. Hope this clears up the confusion with Amazon's product image that does not say 'Organic' on the label vs. the product description which states these cherries are 'Organic'..
I was nervous about ordering food through Amazon but these have become my recent hyper fixation snack. Pretty pricey, but they came as expected. No issues.
These cherries taste amazing but the only downfall is there's sugar and oil added to them. That's my fault for not reading the ingredients before purchasing them. I was just looking for tart dried cherries with no additives. If you don't mind the added oil and sugar then these are great, but if you're trying to cut back on your oil and sugar intake then you may want to shop for another brand. Would be 5 stars if they had a version that was oil and sugar free.
Soft, fresh dried cherries. Expiry date is 12 months away. Cannot find these at Costco, in warehouse or online. So happy to have them for cookie baking.
Fresh ("Best before" date: May 2024), slightly tart and flavorful (though contains sugar), with a good chewiness. Our favorite cherry brand. Will buy again.
