These are a great addition to your cellphone photography arsenal.

Personally I have a note 8 and normally the lens covers the flash and light measuring instruments.

These lenses are just big enough if mounted properly to just clear both the lens and that area.

Giving you the ability to get some amazing shots

I wish the other lenses could go over the included wide angle or Marco lens but cant win them all.

Plus a real case or lens covers would be nice too.

But overall the macro and wide angle lenses are great lenses.

All the rest can help you take some amazing shots if used at the right moment. Also make sure you have proper lighting most phone cameras make your pictures darker

For the price I would highly recommend these lenses.

The wide attachment is a real glass, and coated lens elements. Good quality. The way the macro detaches from the wide is not so intuitive (they only attach to each other, not to other accessories) but I think it's going to work well. The wide was just a bonus. I chose the kit for the polarizer, the ND filter, and the clamp adapter. The ND is indispensable for filmic-style iPhone video. The gradient filters are mostly fluff (stuff you can add in post). But even when you remove them, the kit is a good deal with quality parts.

These lens are bigger than I thought but worked well. My favorites are the orange gradient and the blue gradient lens. I used them for a backpacking trip and my pics came out nice. The only drawback was that they didn’t come with a protective carry case. The lens’ do attach to eachother so I was able to fit them in a small bubble wrap bag in my pocket, however, a case would’ve been handy. I deducted a star for that.
Overall, its a solid lens lit for my cellphone pics.

DN filter is not the best, Wide Angle lens has issues, but good value overall

7-11-19. I'm updating my review after further testing of the ND filter and wide angle lens.

ND-FILTER:

I bought this lens kit mainly for mobile video using Filmic Pro. The idea was to be able to shoot at 24 fps with a 1/48 shutter speed. The ND filter did allow me to do that (without the filter you only see a white blur in harsh sunlight shooting at 1/48 sp), but the ND filter turned out to have a design flaw that showed two dark blobs on the sides of the image (see attached picture). The two dark blobs on the side are definitely a problem.

UPDATE: While I was not able to remove the dark blobs entirely in harsh day light, I was able to minimize them to a reasonable degree simply by attaching the clip for the filter to the phone after removing the case for the phone and by centering the clip over the phone's lens as best as possible.

That being said, the ND filter can be a quick and cheap solution for shooting 24 fps outdoors in harsh sun light at 1/48 shutter speed. A better ND filter can cost nearly 100 bucks (or close to that). This ND filter by itself is about 19 bucks. However, I would not recommend this ND filter as the go-to solution. I would only recommend it for a situation in which you have no other choice or you'r tight for time, since mounting the ND filter on the phone is very fast.

WIDE ANGLE LENS:

UPDATE: Originally I thought the wide angle lens was better, but after further testing I found it does have some serious chromatic aberrations and blur on the sides, almost defeating the purpose of the wide angle (see attached photo). I did not notice that problem in the first tests, so I will continue testing in order to figure out if there's another way around it.

That being said, the wide angle lens does works better than what I was expecting even with the blur and chromatic aberrations.

Still, if you can handle some blurring and some chromatic aberrations, and if you have Filmic Pro, you can simulate the anamorphic aspect ratio with this lens by using the anamorphic aspect ratios on the app. Do not use the Moondog Anamorphic setting on the app, though, as it will distort the image. Just use the in-app anamorphic aspect ratios so you can cut the top and bottom of the 16:9 image. It's not true anamorphic, but it's really close.

There are three caveats about the wide angle lense, though. The most obvious one is you can't use it with the ND filter. You can screw the wide angle lens on top of any of the other filters except for the ND filter. Which is a bummer, since the wide angle lens plus the ND filter would make shooting video outdoors at 1/48 a great combination.

The second caveat with the wide angle lens is it's pretty heavy. The clip to attach it to the phone can handle it, but it feels that with a strong enough pull the clip is going to fall off.

Third caveat: if you want to use the wide angle lens with a gimbal, you will have to get a counter-weight for the gimbal. Otherwise it won't balance correctly.

REST OF THE KIT:

With the exception of the polarizing filter, the rest of the kit it's not that useful for video. The graduated blue, orange and grey filters are mostly for photography (so you can change or enhance the color of the sky on still images) but they don't work well for video. But since the price of the kit is about the same as buying the ND filter and the wide angle lens individually, it doesn't hurt to have them included just in case.

Bottom line, for 31 bucks I was able to get a sort-of-OK ND filter (not the best, but does the job in a hurry), a good wide angle lens, and some miscelanous filters that I probably won't need, but it doesn't hurt to have them.

Would I recommend this kit? Maybe. What I would recommend is to buy the wide angle lens individually and get a better ND filter. This ND filter is only passable, but it certainly is better than no ND filter at all.

Like the Neewer CPL filter I bought a couple of weeks ago, these Neewer ND filters are an absolute bargain.

Very nicely made, with well-finished metalwork and threads that don't bind, and evenly applied coatings on the glass with no obvious flaws. Optically, they're surprisingly good, with just the tiniest, tiniest magenta cast creeping in (better than some much more expensive filters I've tested). The camera's auto white balance compensates for this perfectly, in any case. They even work well stacked, although I never recommend stacking filters due to potential degradation of image quality.

The microfibre cloth included in the kit is excellent quality and a decent size, and the wallet has spaces for four filters, so you can carry all three NDs plus, for example, a CPL (and the cloth).

All in all, this kit is way better than it deserves to be for such a low price. If Neewer keeps making filters this good at these prices, they'll start to put a dent in the competition!

The filters are so minimally impactful that i could not tell there was a filter on - except for the lines in the lens appearing. Used on an iPhoneXs Max, over the correct lens - and i think the cause is due to the filter not being evenly spread across - instead however, (speaking on color lens) all the blue was on the 1/4 edge of the lens. pointless. tried a few of the others one, and minimal or no impact to photos.
