Nice blade Saw Stop!
I've received this SawStop BTS-R-40ATB blade two days ago and I've tested this blade on my 3HP cabinets saw upon arrival. The blade did pretty good rip and crosscuts on pine, walnut, oak and 3/4 inch plywood. While doing rip cuts on 3/4 inch plywood, I've observed only very minimal tear out with a smooth plywood edge. Crosscuts on 3/4 inch plywood were better than average. There was a little of tear out on plywood veneer, but I would say that it wasn't bad at all. Very good rip cuts on hardwoods. No burning marks and it feels like you don't have to push the wood while ripping.
As other people have mentioned in their reviews this blade makes some ringing noise, not a lot and only when no load on the blade applied. It is not irritating and in fact, if you are working and not staying and looking at your saw you wouldn't even notice that noise.
So, this blade is a great general purpose blade for a table saw and hopefully it will last for a while.
Update #1: Today I was running this blade on my table saw for several hours mostly cutting 1/4 inch plywood for cabinet doors and cabinet back panels.... The whine/ringing noise is definitely there and it is noticeable. It is almost a couple of hours since I've stopped using my saw, but the whine is still in my ears. Planning to use the blade tomorrow for several again. Need to cut 3/4 inch plywood, 1/4 inch plywood and a lot of solid wood boards for cabinet face frames. Will see if that ringing noise/whine produced by the blade will any different. Don't know what to say. On the first glance it wasn't a big deal, but after several hours of work it appears to be an issue, at least for me. Should mention that the blade cuts pretty well both rip and cross cuts.
