Had this printer now for about a month. Use it for personal use; that is to say maybe two sheets a day on average. Loving the ink tanks so I can see how much ink I actually have left. Printed a couple of envelopes from the rear auxiliary feed tray. Speaking of that rear feed tray, it seems rather flimsy so that and the output feed tray, need to be treated with a delicate touch. I only printed a single envelope at a time because that's all I needed so I did not try and test the rear feed tray to the 10 envelope capacity that it's supposedly has.
Print speeds are blazingly fast (at least compared to my old Epson Expression cartridge printer which this replaces) especially on the black and white.
I did not find the setup to be as bad as some of the reviewers seem to think it was. However, I must confess I did watch a couple of unboxing and set up YouTube videos before I received my printer. Just follow the getting started/setup guide that's in the box with the printer. Be aware that guide is showing you some of the screens that will be on the printer display itself, one of which directs you to continue with the steps in the manual. The manual being referred to would be the setup guide itself and not that 621page online manual that you can download which I recommend you do of course. I am working through that online manual at my leisure. Be aware that access to some of the features and screens in that manual require administrator privileges which are protected by an administrator password. If it's your own personal printer then of course you want administrative privileges and you need to know the administrator password which initially is simply the serial number of your printer as so stated on page 229 (at least for my version) of the online manual. That section of the online manual also tell you how to change the administrator password to something of your own choosing.
Maybe in a year, if I remember, or if I have some issues that would necessitate it I will update this review

Awesome Printer for what it's worth!!!!
Absolutely, love the quality this photo paper shows for a picture and as you can see I have printed out a very nice Winter scene background printed on this paper on a Canon Maxify GX 7021 inkjet printer. This Canon printer has many features and options; including double sided scanning, which is just amazing. You wont be disappointed in this printer whatsoever, its fast and efficient and gets the job done now matter what your printing out. Even has fax capabilities too if you want to setup the printer as a fax machine it will do this also. Check it out wont be disappointed, how it compares with the GX 6021 is the difference is having faxing capabilities and the ability to double side print and scan.
